This product came highly recommended, so I had high hopes. My skin is very clear, fair and normal. After one week of using the skin around my eyes is red with severe stinging/burning. Cannot apply any other lotion without setting off the severe pain. Would not recommend for anyone to use on a daily basis. Perhaps only using once every few days - not once or twice a day as directed on the packaging.

I had high expectations for this product. I received it as a gift with the purshase of the Daytime Total Anti-Age Complex one week before Christmas. As instructed, I used it morning and night. I celebrated the New Year with red peeling eyes. It took a little over a month for the skin around my eyes to get back to normal. Still now I have to be careful with treatments and makeup. EL Vérité eye gel helped a lot because it's very mild as well as Clinique's All About Eyes. I believe that the concentration of active ingredients in this product is to high for the eye area. I suppose it could be used a couple of times a week but find it too expensive for that option. I may try to do that myself but I'm still too scared to even think about that for the moment. The itch and pain was so bad I would not want to go through that again.
