It is in fact PACIFIC BLUE nailpolish... LOOOVE IT! dries quickly, no smears, doesnt chip , shiney and so worth the price!! even better then some opi nail polishes that are much more expensive bought for $2-3!

This color is absolutely gorgeous! Its a must have for me. Its opaque in just two coats, but three makes it look better. It also looks amazing overtop blacks, reds, silvers, basically anything. If you can find it, get it because you will not regret it.
The polish dries really fast and is dirt cheap. I actually like to cute bottle too!

love love LOVE this color! It's so pretty over black! Almost like MAC's Old Gold pigment but as a nail polish!
L.A Colors provides an amazing color range that ceases to amaze me for just $1.99 (Color Craze line). Although, there are two things that I don't like about this product. I personally don't the twist top (the part you hold while painting your nail), I ranter have a metal twist top so my fingers don't slip and slide. Another thing is that it got kind of goopey really fast. Real bummer but nothing a little nail thinner won't solve!
Overall, if I ran out of this color I would purchase it again.
