This is a nice foundation, especially at a discount price. All shades are yellow-based.
Pros: moisturising, has vitamins E and A. Lightweight. Didn't break me out so far. The packaging is practical and chic.
Cons: may clog and emphasize pores.

This is a new foundation to Quo's re-vamped cosmetics line-up. It is available in 6 shades, but the shades do not have a name, just labelled 001 (lightest) all the way up to 006. As far as I know, these will be the only shades available and they have neutral to yellow undertones. The shades range from a fair to a medium golden. There are none that would match anyone with a darker skintone or very fair skintone.
I really don't know how to rate this...there are no advertisements or statements made about the formula, except a little blurb I read on a beauty blog claiming that this foundation is for "flawless coverage that stays in place all day long. Paraben and fragrance free and is suitable for most skin types."
I have combo-oily skin and this foundation was fantastic on my skin. It is very creamy, and almost feels like a moisturizer upon application. It blends easily and dries to a matte finish. The upside is that it takes some time to dry, thus giving you extra time to blend/apply. The downside is that since it does take a few mintues for it to dry, it feels tacky to the touch and makes application of other products, like eyeshadow to the lids a bit of a nightmare. Any fallout, and it will stick to your freshly applied foundation. Applying powder prior to allowing the foundation to fully dry will give you a cakey mess.
The coverage is medium, and is buildable---but only if you let it fully dry and then go back and apply a second layer. Setting with powder is not necessary, as I've gone without and it still stayed in place all day long, but with a slight sheen on my t-zone after 5 hours. I would recommend a powder if you plan on using other powder products on top (blush, highlighter etc), but if you prefer not to, just be sure that it is completely dry first before applying any powder, as it will get cakey.
The packaging is quite impressive for a drugstore foundation. It is in a sleek cylindrical plastic tube, with a twist cap, that unlocks a pump. As you twist the cap, the pump rises up from within the cap. I do like that the plastic bottle and locking cap makes for easier travel, but it still a bit bulky.
The con is the price. It is $27 CDN and that is hefty for a drugstore foundation if you ask me. I would recommend waiting for a sale, as Quo cosmetics go on sale frequently, and sometimes up to 40% as well bonus SDM points (10X, 15X, 30X etc).
