This is the most I have ever spent on a blush, since I'm a stingy lady at heart. But I swatched it on my cheeks while I was at Sephora, and when I got home I looked so beautiful with such a perfect, natural glowing flush. AND, at 6pm that blush looked *exactly* like it did when I first applied it at noon. I went back and bought it.
I'm a pale NC15 and have to work hard to get this to show up! It comes across like a light brown but when I take it off with a remover towel, I can see the pink in it. I love nude pinks but this one doesn't do it for me. I'd rather go back to using my MAC Prism.

I love this blush!! I wasn't sure what to expect because it looked like a bronzer, but when I put it on it was a perfect compliment to my skin. It's definitely my most used blush. The packaging is pretty nice, I dropped it and the mirror came out but I glued it back on and now it's fine. I normally would never by a light brown blush but this some how turns into the most flattering perfect color. I wear it with the exposed matte lipsurgence and I am complete!:)
This blush is amazing!! Without a doubt my favorite blush ever. It is one of those colors you can never mess up with. It's very smooth and easy to apply and I never have to worry about applying too much. It's the perfect natural looking color. It gives my face that beautiful, perfect, healthy glow. I was very hesistant to try this color because I thought it would looks "muddy" or too brown on my fair skin but it's far from that. It looks like a very suddle nude/pink/mauve. I also love how long-wearing this blush is. It never gets blotchy or funny looking throughout the day. If you are hesitant about this color I suggest trying it! It's the perfect color to have in your makeup collection because it can literally go with any look.
if you are looking for a bright, vibrant flush ~ this product definitely isn't for you. this product does, however, give you a super NATURAL, healthy flush of colour. this blush is a really nice plummy nude colour (even though tarte says it's nude, you can see it has a plum tone to it) that gives you a very natural looking blush, like it is actually your cheeks naturally flushing. i know some people like their blush to be obvious and all, but i generally don't (there are times when i've done the brightly flushed 'in from the cold' look though, but it's rare), so this blush is fabulous for me. for reference, i am East Asian with light skin (think MAC NC20) and neutral undertones, and this shows up as a nice, rosy sort of colour. it makes a very good 'everyday' sort of blush. it's just beautiful. it is buildable though, so if you're into obvious blush simply layer until your desired intensity.
as for the 12-hour claim, i have to be honest, i can't say because i don't wear makeup for that long of a duration in the first place, but i can say that it lasts at least 8 to 9 hours on my combination skin without fading or sliding.

I purchased the Tarte 12hr blush in 'expossed' after hearing many good things about it. I like that this color is not 'in your face', just enough color to give my face some life for my morning classes. I also like that it gives a little bit of a bronzy-ish look as well. I am looking forward to see how this blush will look when my skin is tan during the summer. However, it does not last 12hrs as the packaging says, I notice around the 7-9hr mark the color is starting to fade, overall I would recommend this product and would repurchase this color and others. As with other Tare products I have tried, this product has not caused any breakouts. My only con to this product is it is a little on the pricy side for my college student budget.
There is no doubt that Exposed is a gorgeous nude-mauve color; however, it makes my skin look a little dull. It can also come out making my skin look a bit ruddy since it's hard to blend. It does not stay on for 12 hours, not even close. Maybe about 5. It's definitely faded by lunch time. It's a pretty color, but doesn't really perform.
This was my first Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush. I was really hoping to love this because so many other people recommended it. As an Asian with NW30 skin, I thought that Exposed would give me a light, natural looking flush on my cheeks. However, this product disappointed me. I like the color on my cheeks--when it shows up. And it hardly ever does. I have tried different brushes but I really have to pack it on in order to get it to show up on my cheeks.
It really is a beautiful color but it's just a little too light for me. I own Blissful and Dollface as well, and Dollface (which I thought wouldn't show up on me) shows up beautifully and more pigmented than Exposed.
For the price, I was hoping that it would show up more on my skin.

This is my 'go to' blush. I have purchased other shades from tarte, and love them just as much, but always seem to come back to this one. It gives your cheek the perfect colour. It's build able, which is great - if you want slight colour or more. It looks great year round, from winter pale skin to tanned summer skin. Lasts a long time, with a super cute/slim compact. Definitely a great buy!

This is a blush definitely worth mentioning and purchasing. It's an excellent everday HG bronzy/brownish pink blush that is comparable to Mac's blushbaby yet pinker! On my NC42 face I look more vibrant and healthier. Recently I've been on a quest to find natural alternatives in cosmetics since I tend to break out recently and so far this blush doesn't! Love love LOVE it and I will continue to buy this as long as Tarte make them.
