This is horrible. Roller doesn't work, can't even get the stuff on my skin. Waste of time and money!

I've only been using this product for a few days, because I had very slight darkness under my eyes. Whenever I put it on, my under eyes seem to be a bit more illuminated looking. The darkness under my eyes have reduced a little bit since using it, but I dont see too much change honestly. Also, I havent experienced any stinging sensation like everyone else is describing. I dont feel anything, honestly, when it goes on.
Its very easy to apply though and Ill continue using it for a little bit to see if I get anymore positive results.

I have been using this product for several months now with no discernible results. The roller-ball makes application easy, but I really wish there a payoff.

I don't think this product is doing anything for me. I used this for several weeks before I just gave up. The scent is very strong and it makes my eyes watery and itchy after application.

My friend gave this to me to try because she didn't think it was doing anything for her. I tried it for a week, and I had to stop. It makes my eyes burn, and for some reason, makes my eyes water, and feel like there is gunk in my eyes. Once I stopped, all these symptoms went away. I saw no help with my puffiness. I have no idea how much this costs, but anything is too much, because it's terrible. Please do not buy this, I know there has to be something out there that's better.

Although this product does feel cool and refreshing as it rolls on, its literally doesnt do a single thing that it says it will. It doesnt take away my dark cirlce or puffiness and I dont look more refreshed after it. Honestly even though it was too expensive I wish I had read the reviews and used the money on something, anything else!

Yes it does has a refreshing feeling but that is about all that it does for me. And since I usually forget to shake it up before using, perhaps that has something to do with its lack of results. IDK? It almost seems a bit gimmicky and not well formulated in comparison with other similar products by competitors. Like maybe they rushed too quick to get a 'roller-ball' eye product on the shelves.
I only use it at night b/c the film it leaves on my skin is not something I want under my makeup. I will not repurchase.
Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 3. Because I think i was not using it the way it was meant to be. This morning I noticed my eyes were puffy over my eyelids. This usually isn't too big a deal for me but I guess seasonal allergies have kicked in. Anyway, I was in a hurry to get my make up on and remembered I had this and tried it out. I actually do think this helped tighten up the eye area that was puffy. But I will not repurchase.

-chapstick-sized (so i can carry it in my backpack to school and use it when im tired...)
-the metal ball roller feels very refreshing
cons:
-noticed no difference in the dark circles under my eyes
-very small (size of a chapstick)
-my eyes didnt feel any less tired even from using it...

I'm giving this a two instead of a one because rolling it on is fun and makes you feel good and pretty. But really, there's no difference. Fun to try it but not interested in purchasing it again. It's not worth the cost.

I've used this eye cream for about 2 months now, and I don't like it. It has done nothing to my eyes--no decrease in puffiness or dark circles, no fine line reduction, nothing special. It only hydrates and feels refreshing. Did not see any results.

This is my first review. I feel I must warn those of us with extremely sensitive skin to stay far far away from this product. I use Aveeno due to how sensitive and reactive my skin is, and this eye treatment set my skin on fire immediately. I don't mean within a minute or two, I mean the SECOND I put it on, my skin was on fire. I couldn't wash it off fast enough. My eyes were flaming red after washing, I applied cold eye compresses for a few minutes and then followed up with Garnier Fructis Anti Dark Circles eye cream, and it was soothed almost back to normal. It's now been 15 minutes, and my eye area still stings and burns. Please, if you are extremely sensitive try something different. You've been warned. I was so hoping to like this also.

I find this product with the convenient roller ball to be refreshing and a pleasant experience. It doesn't replace other eye treatments for me, it feels good going on and makes my eyes feel less tired. I don't really have dark circles...I got this more due to the soothing effect. I definitely recommend that you apply an antiaging product afterwards. It's a great "Pick me up" in the morning. It doesn't interfere with my other skincare or makeup. I will definitely repurchase.

I saw this when I went to repurchase Garnier's Anti-Puff roller and thought I'd try it out. I prefer Aveeno's packaging and how the actual roller feels on my undereye area, but those are the only better things about it to me. Something about the serum makes it sting (is it the fragrance?), and I don't notice a difference when I use it daily and have seen no improvements over two months' time. It's also a few dollars more expensive than Garnier's with about half of the amount of product. I'll go back to Garnier when I run out.

I've been using this for a week. I can really notice a difference in my eyes being puffy which was becoming a problem in the mornings. There's maybe a slight reduction of my dark circles...nothing dramatic, really. But as for puffiness, it does a good job for me.
There is some stinging that occurs when you put it on, but it's gotten less intense since the first time I used it. It's not too terrible and lasts only 10-15 seconds, but can be a bit annoying.

I bought this product roughly 3 weeks ago and have been using it twice a day since the day I got it. I have suffered with dark circles for years now. I have been pleasantly surprised at the difference this product has made on my dark circles. My sister and friends have even made comments on how I don't look as tired and my eye aren't as dark. I will definitely continue using this product.

This is a new product that claims it will get rid of dark circles and puffy eyes. It's a roller ball made out of metal that is supposed to hydrate and brighten your eyes ~ Aveeno's words not mine. I have been using it twice a day for two weeks and do not notice any difference. It's quite wet when you apply it and I cannot determine when to put on my eye cream ~ before or after.

I haven't noticed any change in my dark circles and it certainly has not brightened my 49 year old eyes. It's about $12, and I bought it w/ a coupon, so I would say for a DS product, it's moderately expensive since it has absolutely no effect. I'll keep using it ~ the box didn't say how long it would be before I should expect results...
