Oh my goodness does this stuff smell like heaven! I bought the body cream (I switch from the lotion to the cream in winter) and I smelled awesome! On my skin it smells florally, with a stronger fruity smell...kind of sugary too (can you believe I'm terrible at describing smells? Me neither!). It seemed a bit thinner in consistency than most body butters I use, but since it's near spring, I don't mind so much. I don't think I would've minded in the dead of winter either. Anyways, since I've been fairly disappointed with the newer scents BBW has been cranking out, this was a pleasant surprise! Definitely repurchasing this scent again!

Yuk...too cloying for me and gives me a headache...has a weird note like regurgitated pineapple or something...and I don't like sandalwood/amber notes, either...not my thing!

I own this scent in the travel sized lotion and body wash! I do like but not love this lotion - while the packaging is adorable and I am a fan of the scent. One reviewer said " a sweet vanilla and berry scent that dries into an amber sugary scent." which describes it perfectly in my opinion! But it just does not deeply moisturise. I feel no noticeable difference in my hands after I use this. In general I prefer The Body Shop lotions as I find them to smell more natural, and moisturise better.

I would recommend this only if you don't have particularly dry, or damaged skin and are just searching for something light and pleasant smelling.

In my opinion, this is the daytime version of Dark Kiss. It's got the same basic scent, but is lighter and sweeter than Dark Kiss. I purchased the travel size in both and will be buying full size bottles of both. My boyfriend LOVES them and so do I. It can be hard for me to find scents from B&BW that I can actually wear (that smell "right" on me and aren't too overpowering) but these two are just awesome. The only downside to falling in love with a B&BW scent is the same as with MAC - you pretty much know it's eventually going to be discontinued. You can hoard as much as you want, but at some point you'll run out and have to find something to replace it. This and Dark Kiss are ones that I would definitely buy several back-ups of, which I've never done with a B&BW lotion before. continued >>

Everytime I go into a B&BW store I am overwhelmed by all the scents. I was trying to pick a few more to get the buy 3 get 3 deal when I sniffed this one. I'd smelled it on a friend at work and wasn't that impressed, but I enjoyed the beautiful packaging and scent from the sniff I took of the bottle in the store so I decided to purchase it. When I left the store I put some on my hands and it started off nice a creamy somewhat fruity strawberry jam scent with a hint of something floral and familiar, but dried down to a disgusting overly floral scent. I put it in my bathroom and forgot about it until today. I just took it out and put it on after my shower and for some reason it seems to be working a lot with my chemistry today. Weird how that is, but I find certain scents I can't wear other times work on me during my period. Sorry if that's TMI. Anyways, this scent is a clean fruity, creamy, floral, probably not for the younger crowd. continued >>

Hands down my favorite scent at B&BW! As soon as I tried it last Christmas, I knew I had to hoard as much as possible as they tend to discontinue scents so quickly. Luckily, several employees said it's doing really well and will be sticking around for another year. It's moisturizing, though at times I do find the new formula a little watery. It has a floral, fruity scent when you first put it on, but dries to a sweet vanilla, amber scent. Yes, it is very sweet, which I like, but I can see why others may not care for it. My only complaint is the scent doesn't have a lot of staying power. continued >>

This review is for the 8oz body lotion for Secret Wonderland. My husband initially purchased this for me because I knew he was buying me gifts from there and I asked him to just pick up the scent. I smelled it and I was not impressed at first, so I applied the lotion on my arm and let it sit for 5 minutes or so. I was in love and I made him go back the same day to pick up the fragrance mist, shower gel, and the eau de toilette.
The scent is fruity, tiny bit floral-ly and a bit amber/musky like. I love the strawberry like scent and I think it is perfect for any age and any time on the year. And btw this scent lasts for hours and it is not cloying.

I love Bath and Body Works. I really liked this scent in the store, but when I brought it home I soon realized that I hated it! It is so powerful. It is too strong a scent for me. Although I'm sure some people will like it. I will probably bring it back and exchange it for a different scent.

I tried this Bath and Body Works lotion in the "try me" size of 2 fl oz. It is a very mildly scented lotion compared to some of the others I have in the full size. Very milky and-mellow. The lotion formula is nice and very moisturizing now, which seems to be a big improvement on some of the past formulas. The scent is a watered down version of Alfred Sung Bijou or Cacharel Amor Amor. I used to have both of these perfumes, and the scent is very similar. It's a soft vanilla-light ambery-berried floral with hints of candy floss and citrus, but the scent is so mild in the lotion, it really doesn't smell like much after about 5-10 minutes. I love the body spray, but it also doesn't have much lasting power, and I feel I need both the lotion and the spray on in order to smell this scent.
