This cleanser is wonderful! I bought this along with the toner and moisturizer in an attempt to calm my hypersensitive skin. This cleanser is a creamy emulsion that rinses with water. It does NOT turn into a "light and refreshing foam" as the product description says but I still like it. I just apply it to dry skin, massage it around and rinse. I can feel it soothing my skin the entire time it's on and it leaves my skin very comfortable after it's washed off. No tightness or anything. Overall a very good cleanser that I shall definitely re-purchase. The NB web site always has a great gift with purchase so I order from them.
