This is from a product line that you can order from Cosmetique (cosmetique.com). I received this in one of their monthly packages. This happens to moisturize really well! Didn't feel heavy, just light and super moisturizing. My eye area occasionaly feel taut but I use this whenever I feel dry and it immediately made the sensitive eye area smooth and elastic.
