This burns my eyes like no other makeup remover I've used. For something that is supposed to be gentle and effective, it is NEITHER.

I still have to rub like crazy to get my non-WP mascara off and the stinging is just unbearable. This is going straight in the trash.

really dislike it!
i've used it couple of times but even after 5 cotton pads soaked with this my face was not clean & left kind of sticky feeling so i had to wash it of my face. Doesn't even take off bb cream.
Actually now I use it just fo fix my eyeliner and eyeshadow during a day -for that is great :)
Good thing about this stuff is that it won't irritate, but simply it's not a good cleanser if you're wearing any foundation or even just light BB

I don't like products that makes my face sticky and this one definitely does. Every time after using I want to rinse the face. Don't think that cleansing water should have this effect.

This is a decent cleansing water, but it's just not tough enough to remove my eye makeup without some serious soaking and rubbing. I like the scent, and it doesn't burn my eyes, but there are other makeup removers that tick all the boxes, so I don't think I would re-purchase this one.

Very refreshing. I would not use this to cleanse my face every night, but it is great during the day. The weather where I live has become very uncharacteristically humid, and I find that I like to cleanse it more often now during the day. If you wear makeup all over your face, however, it might not be the best. No irritation at all. Very pleasantly scented--not overpowering. Ordinarily in this weather i would have more clogged pores, and by using this daily in the afternoon I find that my skin is much cleaner and clearer. You may need more moisturizer, however, after using it.

I love this product. I actually use it as toner. I wear Korean BB creams, so I really need something that removes every last stitch of makeup, and this gets any little bits that my cleanser misses. It has a nice light scent and I like the fact that it contains different teas. It works great for my oily skin, but I think it would be okay for normal skin as well--it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight at all. I really think this is one of the best products that Yves Rocher makes.

Just ordered my third bottle of this. I first got it as a travel size with one of my Yves orders and tried it out after being in the sun all day. It soothed my skin and just felt great! Clean and fresh feeling. I started using it to also remove makeup and found it works well, not greasy and heavy. I have combination skin so I find using this to cleanse breakout spots before applying cream also works well for me.

Well I would never had thought a water would b able to clean my face from makeup and sunscreen where I wasn't itching to rinse. The French are on to something with this water lark. I use it as an am cleanser and a finishing step after OCM at night. Skin is not left tight, eyes do not sting nor does my face feel inflammed after using. I use a toner after only cause I like it but it is not necessary. Makeup goes on fine afterwards.
The fact that I don't like to use it as my sole cleanser is why 1 lippie is off. However this would be great to have during camping or festivals as it is really refreshing.
Actually just placed an order as it is only 5 pounds for 200ml. So will get 2!

My skin is combination-oily as my t-zone tends to get a little bit shiny, and without TM or powder, I feel my face looks dull.

I purchased this upon seeing reviews comparing this to Bioderma Sensibio/Crealine Micellaire H2O. That product is somewhat hard to find in Netherlands, so I resorted to YR.

I don't know where to start. I love the smell, it's very refreshing. I love the fact that it completely cleanses my face (after I dissolve my eye makeup with EMC) from makeup only with 2 whole-face swipes with cotton pad. I love that it doesn't leave my face sticky/tacky or tight, but refreshed and soft, and keeps it that way until the next morning. To sum it up, I just LOVE IT.

It's suppose to be priced at 11EUR-ish, but YR always has it on sale, so I only paid 6EUR.

Would I buy this product again? HELL YES. I will even buy not one, not two, but at least three to stock up (and leave one at boyf's house)!!

After finishing a 50ml sample of it, I truly missed it, as it's mild yet effective, removing all my makeup without irritating my finicky face. Also, it doesn't sting my eyes at all. So recently I ordered four 200ml bottles (for the price of two -- love their specials!). I use 2-3 cotton pads with it, and then I usually rinse; although on nights I've been too tired to splash my face with water, it hasn't left my skin sticky or tight. Recommend it wholeheartedly.
