I just got this new Goody Pro brush to "Achieve Volumized Hair", called a Root Lifter Brush. I was looking for an all-in-one hair tool to take on a vacation overseas. I wanted something that I could used for lifting, shaping, teasing, styling and just plain brushing. And this brush did not disappoint. It's a fairly lightweight brush with long and short tourmaline bristles. I use it with a blow dryer and it gives great lift and control, but can also use it as a hair selector for flat ironing. It works really well to give good volume and doesn't 'stick' in my hair like large round brushes sometimes do. I can put it through my hair and it doesn't yank my hair or get tangled in it. It just grabs it enough to get some control, and then comes right out nice and smooth. Perfect!
