I would gladly tell you if this product works or not but I can't because it gave me mouth sores less than two days after I started using it. I had at least three in my mouth at one time and it took a longer time than usual to get rid of them. Needless to say I stopped using it the same day. Sorry to lower the rating, I guess this product might work for people who are not so sensitive but those who are should know. I usually get mouth sores once or maximum two times a year so this product was definitely the cause of it.

I am half half with this toothpaste. It has a very mild, pleasant minty taste, it cleans my teeth, I did notice a whitening efect but when I brush my teeth, from the first moment, it leaks onto my toothbrush and then on my hand and sink. I don't put a lot, just a pea size amount and I still have this problem. Also, the combination of the pump and that cap is not good for this toothpaste. The cap gets dirty every time I put it on the tube and this is annoying for me as I am wasting product.
I don't know if I will repurcahse.

I've used other Pearl Drops products in the past and been unimpressed with them. They are heavily abrasive and not good for long term use. However the Replenishing White toothpaste is different. It contains a form of calcium that can supposedly help remineralize the surface of teeth. Google "liquid calcium toothpaste" to find out more. This is a very smooth feeling toothpaste and it won't make your teeth look instantly whiter. Instead it will gradually make your teeth look somewhat whiter as the enamel becomes thicker and the dentine underneath becomes less apparent. Although stains from food and smoking are one reason our teeth become discoloured, another is that the enamel on our teeth thins as we become older and the dentine (tooth pulp) becomes more visible, leaving teeth looking somewhat grayish. Toothpaste with liquid calcium address this problem rather than the staining by food, drink or smoking. The best plan of attack would be to use a bleaching product to address those stains. After that, rinse your mouth really well after eating foods you know will stain, or eat fewer of those foods, and use this toothpaste to address the thinning dental enamel. This toothpaste will also help with tooth sensitivity as thinning enamel is one of the common causes of sensitivity.
My experience using this toothpaste is that it does make the teeth look and feel better. I know that my enamel looks thicker and my teeth look somewhat whiter, but not bleached bright white. Beware - you won't notice the difference for quite a few weeks, then one day you'll look in the mirror and think to yourself "h'm my teeth are looking better", but it is a gradual process. The other bad thing about this toothpaste is the price. In Australia iit is the only toothpaste with liquid calcium on the market and it costs around $15 for a 50 ml pump. Using a pea sized amount twice a day this would last me at least 2, if not 3 months, but it's going to be pricey if you have a family. I know that there are quite a few liquid calcium toothpastes available in the United States, and if you live in New Zealand, Red Seal make one also. All of these are cheaper. However I will wear the price for the results. One of my front teeth is mainly filling, so I couldn't use bleaching products anyway as they would bleach the natural teeth but not the filling, and I am using this for the long term health of my teeth as well as the whitening effect. If you're worried about price you could use a regular whitening toothpaste in the morning and just use this one at night. At night is the most important time because it means our mouths have 8 hours uninterrupted by food or drink in which the tooth enamel can be remimeralized without being subjected to food acids. Don't judge this by other Pearl Drops products which are far too harsh and make your teeth look great for a couple of weeks at the expense of long term tooth health. This one is different!
