Velcro rollers are easy to use - no pins or clips are needed to hold them in place. I use the larger sizes after washing my hair and combing thru a hair gel. The rollers give my hair body and make my hair full.

I have used Conair's foam curlers and I thought I liked those, until I tried these. I hated them at first because they flop down if you don't secure them with pins (they aren't really self-grip). Then I heat them with a hair dryer and let sit while I clean or something. As you take them out, they can pull/snag, just be careful. And sometimes the pulling makes the curl go flat, but use your finger and twirl it, it will bounce right back. Your left with curly, voluminous hair. I really prefer these to foam because these came with 4 different sizes and they give you so much more volume. HOWEVER, I hate that you have to use bobby pins, they are rather difficult to secure. They could be better.
