THE BEST mascara I have ever found for my lashes, better than BadGal Buxom. I have middle-Eastern skin, oily, and sparse (but long enough) lashes. This stuff makes me look like a movie star! VERY buildable, but I don't need more than 2 coats myself. GET THIS STUFF WHILE YOU CAN... it's available for full price in Sephora, but Amazon and Bonanza have trial size packs for cheap cheap cheap.

Great mascara. I must say that the first few uses were "meh", however, I realized that the formula did build well without clumping or drying. Is a bit more of a wet formula but that's okay. I like the brush. Would recommend to try if you like comb style mascaras.
I got this as a sample at Sephora.
Pro: the brush is great. Its got two sides to the brush head, one is more comb like and one is more brush like, and it really works for a good application and to fine tune the mascara on the lases, comb out stuck together lashes etc.
Con: the formula is terribly thick and dry. It comes out really thickly crusted on the brush and you have to wipe off SO MUCH to get a decent application. Unwiped it leaves thick clumps and it's almost impossible not to smear onto your lids.
I don't mind wiping down a brush, but there's so much product on this one I feel like I'm leaving most of the tube on the kleenex. But without the wipe down, it's a clumpy disaster.
Everytime I put the brush in the tube it comes out with just as much.
I'm thinking of washing the brush and keeping it as a lash comb, tossing the rest of the tube.

I got this as a 100pt perk from Sephora. I would NEVER pay $26 for this mascara.
The Pros:
Really Black
Great wand/brush
Lengthening
No Flaking
The Cons:
Too Wet
Doesn't hold curl because it's too wet
Takes forever to dry and makes a mess around your eyes

First of all, this mascara wasn't for me but that doesn't mean it's not a good mascara for you. Overall, it does have some good qualities such as no clumping, no smudging and no flaking. It gives nice separation and definition to the lashes with some lengthening but no volume. I found that this mascara does a great job layering without weighing the lashes down or creating a goopy mess. However, I didn't think this was all that dark in color. I found the color to be a smoky black. I think this mascara is comparable to less expensive ones like Maybelline One by One, Lacome Definicils and Maybelline Lash Stilletto.
Panthera by Ultraflesh is a really interesting mascara. It's pitch black and a bit too wet for my liking, but it does apply nicely. The brush bristles actually grow in length as you go around the wand, so it's perfect for reaching all different lashes at once. I would say this mostly separates and lengthens on me, but really lacks in the volumizing department. I love to use it on my lower lashes which are already quite long, just to darken them. The packaging is amazing though - who doesn't love a glamorous, unexpected panther's head on their makeup?! Overall it's a nice mascara, but it hasn't won me over enough to repurchase it yet.
so I got a sample of this as a gift from Sephora. It's AMAZING!!!! I went to a wedding with it and some people asked if I had put on fake lashes, they were so loooong!! Not clumpy at all for now, I definately want to buy the full size package. It's the best one i've used so far.
heard the great raves and reviews from the women on QVC. I got suckered in and beleived the hype. yeah the panther head is kinda cool.....the product itself sucked big time for me.
The brush is very hard and bristly...hurts if u get it to close to your base lash line. That in turn caused me to blink and get the stuff all over and under my eye. Wasn't "buildable" at all. Not the Blackest I've found either.
I just didn't love this at all. another High End beauty product goes to my neice or sister,,,,,neither of whom appreicate all the great beauty buys they get for free from me cause I don't like, or they don't work out for me.
this was an average mascara with drugstore brands beating it by a mile!
don't fall for the cute panther head LOL the stuff inside and the brush is worthless.
After 30-odd years of hating any and all mascara products, tonight I found one I really like. This is historic! I have tried every drugstore product imaginable and most from Sephora. They've all gone on goopy and generally just looked artificial. I naturally have pretty good lashes, so I usually stick to a clear gel but wanted a bit of an extra boost for occasions.
No flakies, it's naturally bendy and not stiff, and it hasn't rained black dust on my face. It also looks like naturally great lashes and not a Kardashian-esque spiderweb mess. Won't build crazy volume, but I've never tried a mascara that did that didn't look completely fake and made-up. Adds some thickness and length but in a way that could pass for real. If you already have reasonably good lashes, this is good stuff. WIN!
04/06/2011 UPDATE: OK, I docked a lippie. Apparently after being open, this stuff gets clumpier. So whereas I could not make it clump when I first got it, now I have to fight the clumpies. Still better than other mascaras I've used but this is no longer foolproof enough that I'd attempt to use daily. Bah.

LOVE! I am a very picky mascara user - I need dark color, curl, and length. This delivers on all fronts. I had been using NARS Larger than Life Lengthening mascara, and loved it except you need to powersand it off. This matches it for awesomeness, and it is easily removable with soap and water. Holds a curl wonderfully. Very black. Adds length and doesn't get clumpy.
Plus it's in the shape of a panther head...impressive. haha.
