This is an odd one. I'd been using the formula for normal/dry skin and liked it overall. Then I switched to the oily/combo formula for the upcoming warmer season and soon had an eczema breakout on my face. Wasn't sure if the moisturizer was the cause of it at the time, so I let the eczema heal up before I started using it again, and lo and behold, another break out. If you have sensitive skin, it's best you steer clear from this.

Very average. My skin is usually very tolerant and this made me break out on my chin both of the periods of time used this.

I bought this for winter as my combination skin gets drier. At first my skin felt moisturised and even-toned but after 2-3 months of using it I feel my skin drier and tight. I think it also accentuated the fine lines on my forehead (after research I found that vitamin C in products can oxidise and result to creating wrinkles than keeping them at bay). I don't think I'll be buying this product again

I don't know why this stuff ever receives anything less than 4 or 5 lippies. It's perfect.

I waited for over a month to review. I've been using this product every day, morning and night, and I can absolutely attribute its use to the complete eradication of my periodic, mild acne breakouts. Then my boyfriend stole my travel-size and started using it. It got rid of his blackheads that he's complained about since the day I met him. So this stuff works for dry/combination as well as oily-man complexions.
-
Things I like:

-Texture is light, more on the liquid than cream side, and what I consider ideal.

-Smell is soft, but not overwhelming. You have to get within half a foot of someone's face before you can start to smell it immediately after use. Good deal.

-It doesn't stick on you face like a mask forever. You put it on, and the "I've got crap on my face" feeling goes away after no more than 5 minutes.

-My face doesn't feel tight after washing anymore. Slap this stuff on straight afterward and say goodbye to stinging or tightness, peeling or flaking.
-
Things I kind of don't like:

-It's not cheap.
-
Not that I care. I don't have chin-acne or cheek-acne or side-of-face-acne any more. That crap's freakin stubborn! My boyfriend and I and anyone else who will listen to me will be sticking with Korres and have good-smelling, clean, moisturized and not gunkified faces.

I wish this worked for me... I'm a fan of Korres, but this seems to make my skin break out with cystic acne for some reason (mainly around my chin area).

I have normal/combo (in the summer) skin and this product made me break out even though I am not acne-prone. I think this cream is too heavy except for those with drier skin. Other than that, the product did brighten my skin noticeably after a few days of night use, but the few pimples that I got from this product is a big negative for me. Also, the scent is too overwhelming. It wasn't a terrible smell, but just too much and synthetic smelling. It dissipates after a few minutes but for those sensitive to fragrances I think you might find it uncomfortable.

I was very fortunate to purchase this in a set with the Wild Rose Brightening & Line Smoothing Face and Eye Serum. Both of the products cost $50 so I didn't exactly pay full price for this.

Few notes: I've been using this for a month. I have very very dehydrated skin to the point I had to stop wearing foundation because my skin would flake under my foundation and it'll look bad.

1. The cream does an excellent job at moisturizing but it doesn't live up to the 24 hour claim. After 12 hours, I can feel dry patches on my skin again.
2. Some parts of my skin look very radiant and hydrated, while my T-zone looks very oily and shiny immediately after application. I pat it down with an oil blotting sheet sometimes.
3. It's great under foundation!
4. I break out a little bit. It's just one or two pimple here or there but I rather deal with this than dry skin.
5. The jar packaging is one lippie off. It's not very sanitary.

It moisturizes but it's not worth it for the price. continued >>

I recently bought in a private sale the set "Addicted to Rose" that included this moisturizer. Although I have dry skin and this cream is targeted for normal to dry skin, I bought it anyway because I saw it gives you 24 hour of hydratation.

MY SKIN TYPE: Dry, sensitive, with some redness

DAYS USING THE CREAM: 10 days

PROS

- Nice smell
- Absorbs easy and fast

CONS

- 5 minutes after applying this cream, I feel like I need to reapply it, my skin feels tight (and not in a good way)
- I have a fine line in my forehead, and this moisturizer has accentuate it a little (and it´s supposed to do the opposite)
- My face has a little more redness since using this cream
- Sometimes I feel my skin a little itchy
- No brightening or illuminating effect

I´ve been using this moisturizer only as a daytime cream, I´ll try using it day and night to see if that way gives better results, but I´m really dissapointed. I´m glad I bought this cream in a set and that is not full size (full size is 1.4 oz and mine is 0.54 oz) because I think it´s not really worth the money sadly.

I love that Korres formulates their products sans harsh dyes, sulfates, parabens, etc. This Wild Rose cream is really rich and extremely hydrating. I have very normal skin, no acne, not too much oil, but sometimes when it gets cool, I get some dryness around my nose and eyebrows. This product provides immediate results and eliminates scaly flaky skin. It is much thicker than generic face lotion (Olay, Neutrogena, etc.) but not thick like an eye cream. The texture is very smooth and it absorbs immediately. The cream definitely lives up to its 24-hour hydration promise. My skin stays soft, supple, and glowy all day, which helps my makeup stay put. Light floral scent. Unfortunately, my skin really does not require much maintenance so I cannot justify the $35 price tag. This would be a sound investment for someone seeking serious relief from dry skin.

This is for dry skin with spf 6... I'm not sure what's the point of spf 6 (UVB), what about UVA protection? This contains only Titanium
Dioxide which i believe did not provide sufficient protection against UVA. I have dry cheeks, made worse by airconditioning in the office. Usually by mid-day, my cheeks looks parched. With this, my skin did not look dry the whole day, which i'm very pleased about.

The texture is rather thick, but acceptable to me. If you've used cetaphil's sunscreen before, this feels much better than Cetaphil's (which i cannot stand) The rose scent is lovely but i dislike containers where you have to dip your fingers in.

I also will not repurchase solely because of the insufficient UVA protection.
