This is a great top coat, and the glitter specks looks amazing. Unliked the Sephora glitter topcoats, the glitter in this doesn't peel off; instead, they stay put until a layer of the clear topcoat.
The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't deposit a lot of sparkle, and takes a few coats to get adequate glitter.

In the bottles this looks awesome: a clear base with loads of silver glitter and holo discs. But the glitter applies very lightly. I had to put on too many coats for it to show up the way I wanted. Still, it was only $3 at Target.
