This is one of my favorite polish colors. It's gorgeous and long lasting. As always, Orly's rubberized cap and great brush make it even better.
The only tiny downside is the cost - about 8-10 dollars. This product is definitely worth it, though!
I must say, this polish is just another reason why I LOVE Orly. It is a beautiful color. I know there are lots of dupes out there- but I didn't know that when I got it. It is a turqoise-y blue with loads of glass flecks that shine yellow and green.
The formula is great. Not streaky, and totally opaque in two coats. It sort of is a top-coat eater. I put two coats of SV on, because it felt kinda gritty without it. Also, the brush is small-ish but easy to work with. I was able to do a good job without much cleanup needed. Also, despite the color and flecks the clean up was easy and the polish came up without much bother.
Another GREAT polish from Orly. I know I'll be wearing it a lot!
I usually don't buy nail polish because of the name, but I had too get this one because Halley is my daughters name. It's amazing!! So shimmery, I can't stop staring at my nails!! It's between a teal and a blue...in 2 coats it was opaque. Got 2 compliments already!

I LOVE this polish. I have another cosmic fx one and they're both fantastic.
It goes on very smooth. I can easily do a thick layer without it applying like a three year old did it. The brush glides effortlessly and conforms to the shape of my nails very well. I have small hands, thus small nails and applying polish is usually a living hell for me. I push back my cuticles as far as they can get (it helps A LOT) so I can get the most out of doing my nails.
The color looks exactly as in the bottle when applied onto nails. All I needed was two coats. I see the yellow, blue, teal and green and the sparkle/shimmer is simply amazing. It's such a dynamic color!
What makes this polish even better is that I abuse the hell out of my hands. I do martial arts/help teach four days out of the week, all day. I had to use my nails to peel, accidentally jammed a finger, punched, held for people punching etc and not a chip whatsoever. I mean literally, NOTHING. I even cleaned with bleach and not a scuff. Grant it, i did use OPI's topcoat but even top coat can't save polish a lot of the time - so I credit much of the staying power to the polish itself.
This brand is simply amazing. I can still be feminine and not have to worry about my nails getting destroyed.
I recommend to everyone. And I will also buy the rest of this time along with their other polishes.
It's not until recently that I've really thrown myself into NPs, and this one is a GREAT one that I've become obsessed with... and I just bought it yesterday! I have more experience with cheaper NPs, but I like this one's quality, and that it dries to touch pretty quickly (I do my nails while I do stuff online). Not sure if the speed is slow or fast for completely drying, such as to do stuff that normally ruins mani's. The color is truly rich, a teal with a bit of green, and a lot of teeny tiny glitter that does help it fit the name quite well! I'm sorry I can't be sure on how it wears after a few days, but I can tell you in this short time I got two spontaneous compliments on the color all ready!

Halleys Comet is from Orly's Cosmic FX collection. It is a very lovely holographic lacquer that looks different in every light and angle. In bright light it can look a bit purple around the edges, but it's main color is a beautiful shimmering teal. In other angles it looks light green.
The consistency isn't thick but isn't runny. The first coat dries almost sheer and you can build coverage from there according to how opaque you'd like it. It is not streaky, despite how sheer it is on your first couple of coats.
I enjoy putting at least 3 if not 4 coats on for max coverage. The brush is thin and easy to wield.
I was upset that I missed out on OPI's Catch Me In Your Net after seeing it on my friend. It was gorgeous! I had read that Zoya's Charla was very similar, but could never find it, either. When I saw this, I knew I had to get it as it looked incredibly similar too! After buying it, I researched and found out that this is actually an exact dupe for Catch Me In Your Net, so I'm pretty happy about this purchase. It's a beautiful colour - a sparkly foil-like teal, though I find it leans more on the green end of teal, with gold flashes. In sunlight, this needs to be seen! Such a fun summer pedi colour. However, I find it chips really quickly...I think it's the formula. So glad I got my hands on this; if you ever come across this or the other two I mentioned, get it!
I got this on sale at Sally's for 2 or 3 dollars, so I love it even more than I normally would. It's so sparkly and flashy. Anyone who missed put should look into Charla by Zoya, because they are very similar.
An absolutely gorgeous dark, sparkly teal. The sparkle is a micro-glitter that is well incorporated with the rest of the polish. So it's not that chunky glitter stuff. Applies smoothly and looks best with two coats. More green than blue in this shade. Love the rubber tops to Orly bottles, so they are easy to open. Will definitely buy again.

This is part of the Cosmic FX collection that just came out. I almost ordered it online but it's $10, and it's cheaper at CVS ($6.99), plus I got to use my Extra Bucks. Anyway, this is a gloriously shimmery/glittery tealish green. Very vivid and amazing I can hardly pull my eyes away from my nails. I only hope that this is not a limited edition collection. It's just too perfect.
