I give it a two for interesting colors, in this line, but they are all so watery and thin. I, too, had to apply THREE coats and I still see the nail. Goes on easily without streaking. Not bad for a buck at the Dollar Tree, but Wet n Wild and N.Y.C. are WAAAAAAAAAY better quality. Oh, and yes, the color comes out different from the bottle. Disappointing. Thought I'd like this cosmetics line, but it really is cheap and tacky. The eyeshadows look lovely, but disappear as soon as you apply them.............The lipsticks, really lipglosses, are so thin and not pigmented at all and they disappear as soon as they're applied. SKIP this line.

I found this polish at the Dollar Tree. In the bottle, it looks like a dark vampy red. However, it goes on very sheer and bright. Even with two thick coats, I could see my nail underneath. The color is a bright cherry red or cardinal red. I gave it 2 lippies because you can find a similar shade in a different brand that you don't have to put multiple layers to get an opaque look. Also, because the color in the bottle is not what shows up on the nail. I'm uploading a pic so that you can see what it looks like.
