I got this eye cream with my Rapidlash as a gift. It is formulated to reduce puffiness, dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles. I've been using it in the mornings since only a month so I can not say it is effective or not, but I love it. No smell, very nice consistency and moisturizes very well. I do not want anything else from a daily eye cream. As it is quite cheap I will continue using it.
