This is the best styling iron EVER!! Confused with the previous statement and my over-all rating? I had to take off .5 from the rating merely because this styling iron does not have universal voltage. I could not imagine having to travel anywhere without toting the Sedu with me.
This is the only styling iron that gave me healthy, shiny, bouncy hair instead of frying it dry. My hair was literally frizz-free the whole day!!
I've never been one to believe in all the hype attributed to a product-- but this is THE only styling iron that should be seen in any hair arsenal. (I am aware that GHD is also being touted as one of the best styling products, but price can also be a very important consideration and Sedu gives more bang for your buck.)
I only wish that they start making the Sedu with universal voltage to appease all the traveling fashionistas out there. ;D ---then the Sedu styling iron would really be perfect!!!

I did online research last week and discovered this wondrous product. I went to my local Ulta and proudly asked for the Sedu, but on the inside, I was hoping that I was not making a big mistake. It has been my experience that few products live up to their hype, but this one does not disappoint. I never knew flat ironing could leave my thick hair with such a straight, silky, bouncy texture. Where have you been my whole life? Can you tell how much I love this iron? If not, here it goes. The Revolution glides over my hair smoothly without pulling or snagging the way my previous Hot Tools iron did. The curved edge plates do not leave dents in the hair, and allow me to get closer to the roots for maximum straightening. It reaches the programmed temptature in a mere 25 seconds. Compared to all previous irons, the Revolution leaves my hair shinier, bouncier and softer. I purposely used the same products that I use regularly to accurately judge the performance of the Revolution. This is my #1 discovery of the year. I am proud to add this to my hair care arsenal. My hair loves the Revolution, and when it's content, all is well.
