My sister picked this out during one of the Semi-Annual Sales, and she likes it, but I don't. I thought it smelled great at first, but later on, not so much. It smelled clean and fresh when I first smelled it, but it has a weird basil aftersmell that I don't really like. I know it's supposed to have the basil in it, but I guess I'm not the herbal scent type of person. I don't really smell a whole lot of citrus, just basil. Don't like it.

This is my absolute favorite Bath and Body Works scent. I originally got it in the antibacterial hand lotion and used it several times a day because I loved the scent so much. I have one bottle of this and I only use a little bit at a time because the scent has been discontinued. I'm very sensitive to scents and can't use floral, food or musky scents because they make me sick, but this light citrus scent is perfect. When I use it, I always get compliments. I would repurchase, but I can't. Bath and Body Works, please bring this delightful scent back!

I wish I could find this in the Bath and Body Works stores. Three years ago, my friends and I took a tour to see the Grand Canyon and we got these little Cool Citrus Basil lotions at the hotel we were staying at. We all talked about how it smelled so nice. It was hot in the summer but this scent made me feel instantly cool. It's soo clean and fresh. But unfortunately, my little bottle fell out of my bag somewhere and I could never find it again. My other friends gave theirs away, but this one girl on our tour wore hers all the time. It smelled so wonderful on her and it was like she was wearing a real perfume. That's because this stuff isn't too light and it also lasts (unlike other lotions). One of the things that come up in my mind whenever I smell Cool Citrus Basil is sophistication. It's refined and you can even wear it to work.

This is NOT PRETTY, FRUITY, CITRUSEY, or NICE smelling in the least. I like fragrances that are feminine, or at least clean smelling, but this is not. I a, glad it's discontinued so they can make room for better smelling products. Also my local BBW still has a ton left from semi annual sale that they can't even get ride of.

I'm pleasantly surprised by this one. This lotion is a huge change from the fruity/foody ones I usually enjoy and I was, initially, a little dubious about what citrus and basil combined would smell like. I'm happy to report that the end result is indeed very pleasing, a zesty, refreshing, clean 'green' scent. The cool fresh smell is perfect for springtime and suitable for both men and women. Gotta love that about the crip cleanness of unisex fragrances. As far as moisturizing goes, this lotion does a good job but it's probably not rich enough for the colder months. Would I repurchase? I don't know... I received a 5 ml bottle of this lotion in a swap and although it does make a very nice change from the sweet scents I like, I can envision myself quickly growing bored with this one. Not something I'd look forward to slathering on everyday but definitely something that'd make a welcome change when the mood strikes me.

I have been using this soap and shampoo/conditioner for a month. I get it free in our hotel. I would not purchases this from B&BW because there are far better choices. I prefer Vanilla Sugar or Sweet Pea. This citrus basil scent is light and cleann and can be worn by both male and female. continued >>

Too bad this product has been discontinued...i was able to stock up during the big semi-annual sale back in January. Yummy, what a great scent...fresh, non-foody smelling and perfect for spring and summer nights.

This is one of my favorites, that I always come back to. The scent is refreshing and very herbal. I like this scent a lot, and will probably repurchase at some point.

This is definitely a nice scent. Very true and natural smelling, not fake at all. If you are looking for a fresh herbal scent I recommend this one.

Ewwwww! So I guess I'm the only one who's not crazy over this scent. Doesn't anyone else think it smells exactly like soap? That's the way it smells to me. It makes me feel like I rubbed hand soap all over myself and forgot to wash it off. I think this scent has been discontinued, though. Good riddance!

A great twist on the regular citrus lotions that I'm normally attracted to. A light, clean scent that is never overpowering. I'm surprised how the notes in this fragrance complement each other.

This is a light, yet uplifting scent. Reminds me of springtime!

I just love this scent too! Next to Warm Vanilla Sugar, it's my second favorite. Perfect for the spring and summer where as I use W.V. Sugar for fall and winter. My only complaint is that it doesn't last long which is too bad b/c it's a truly heavenly scent!

I love this lotion! It has become my new BBW fave. It smells like soap, and for some reason I like to smell like that. When the scent fades away it has a really nice soft smell.

I love this stuff! Wonderfully light,citrussy and springy. Makes me feel and smell great after showering and applying. My hubby loves it too!
