Age: 19-24 Skin: Sensitive, Fair-Medium, Not Sure Hair: Blond, Curly, Coarse Eyes: Blue

I purchased this at my local Dollar Tree for, of course, $1. It comes with ten powder eyeshadow shades (bright blue, lime green, yellow, orange, coral, pink, fuchsia, purple, teal, & black) & a double-ended sponge-tip applicator. Most of the colors are fairly pigmented with the exception of the lime green. I've found that they work best when applied with a sponge-tip applicator rather than an actual brush. My main reason for buying this was that I wanted to try a rainbow eye, but didn't wanna spend the money on a huge pallet or many individual shades. Normally, I used Maybelline Superstay concealer as a primer/base, then apply the shadows with the sponge-tip applicator, then blend out with my E.L.F. Blending Eye Brush. These aren't the best quality eye shadows out there, but for $1, they do the job! Definitely better than I'd expected! continued >>

Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair, Cool Hair: Brown, Wavy, Fine Eyes: Green

Pigmentation: Most of them are pretty good if used with a sponge-tip applicator, brushes don't work too well. The light green and 2nd pink from the left are not very pigmented.
Glitter: Some of them appear slightly shimmery in the pan, but are not once applied.
Smell: None.
Lasting Power: About 2 hours without a base.
Texture: Moderately chalky.
Value: The shadows are very nice quality for a dollar, but don't last long. If you want to experiment with bright colors, this is a good palette to use.

This little palette has 10 shadows in it. Most of the shadows are bright mattes with only a few shimmers. I personally don't like matte. I found many of these shadows to be chalky and hard to apply. One or two are good but thats not enough for me to want to buy again.
