I paid 16 usd for this. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks and my eyes are so irritated.
I would like to find a good product for my dark circles, but this one has not done so far. I'm actually going to stop using it, because there is a kind of pimple insIDE of my eyes, kind of conjunctivitis or whatever.
I would love liking this product, because I find the vibrating system very practical.

I got this free from BzzAgent. I find the vibrating thing on the end to be very gimmicky and ineffective, but worst of all, this cream irritated my eyes. This is going in the trash.

I love gadgets! And I am 56 years young LOL and my eyes are starting to look a little saggy, so I saw this mechanism and jumped on it. The first one I bought, I ruined by opening the case to see what was in it! After exchanging it, I followed directions and pushing the button into start position. The metal tip simply vibrates with a low hum-a pleasant and comforting feeling. I've used this for one month now. Any differences in my bags? YEs and no. I still get the bags, especially after sleeping with the central heat on. This gadget somehow or other smooths them out and they appear to be diminished a bit. Nothing breathtaking- but it does improve the appearance temporarily. I would buy this again. Oh, it does nothing for the dark circles-I'm still looking for the Holy GRail of dark circles!

I didn't really experience anything negative from this product. The lotion was non-greasy, did not break out my skin, did not cause eye irritation, and seemed to moisturize well. I can't say I saw any real difference using the vibrating roller. It seemed fun at first then after a few weeks, it kinda got old. For $30 for a DS eye cream, I think it could have done a bit more.

I received the L'Oreal Collagen Micro-Pulse eye treatment as a BzzAgent. I'm in my mid-40s & have been using the Olay Regenerist eye roller for the past couple years. I decided to do a side-by-side comparison by continuing to use the Olay on my right eye while using the L'Oreal on my left eye. After 4 weeks of usage I can't say that I see any real difference at all. I will be staying with my Olay since I like its silky texture better than the thicker texture of the L'Oreal. Also, although it says it's fragrance-free, the fumes from the L'Oreal caused a slight burning sensation in my eye... not to the point of tearing up, but enough to be of concern. continued >>

I received this product as a BzzAgent to test. Right now I'm at an age where I'm more concious of getting wrinkles under my eyes, along with some puffiness. I was skeptical of the pulsating part because I know how sensitive the eye area is and any tugging or pulling can be damaging. After using this product for a few week, I gave up on the vibrating aspect. It wasn't working at all, actually it was irritating my eyes. I continued using the cream for another few weeks - it was ok and felt good putting on but I didn't see a bit of difference to reduce wrinkles or puffiness.
Unfortunately the vibrator didn't work well and it didn't deliver it's promise of smoother, brighter eyes. I won't be buying this.

My feelings about this product are mixed. On the up side, I do like the eye cream and feel that it was effective at brightening and moisturinzing the eye area. I like that it was packaged in a tube since I find the eye creams packaged in pots or jars much more difficult to use and less sanitary. I'm not sure about the pulse aspect of this product. I felt that no matter how lightly I used the pulse on my undereye area, it felt like I was tugging at the skin a bit. I don't know that the pulse made the product more effective versus just patting the cream in with my ring finger. I would probably buy the cream again if it were sold in a tube without the pulse tool. I think the added pulse is gimmicky and makes the package more bulky without actually adding much, if any, benefit.

I got this product as well but not from bzz agent ^^;
Anyway i feel this didn't do anything to my eyes and i'd never pay from this. The vibrating head was sort of nice at first but then i just forgot it and used only the cream. Also the inci is not anything too special and there are thoudands of creams like this so i'd rather buy some cheap wall mart brand.

I got a free sample of Loreal skin expertise Collagen Micro-Pulse eye from bzzagent to try and give my honest opinion. The product comes with cream in one end of the tube and a under eye roller that vibrates on the other end. I followed the directions on the box first applying the cream which was fine and then applying the roller to the eye area in 2 second increments and then a sweeping motion. I really didn't enjoy the vibrations on my eye area. It was too twitchy and uncomfortable for me. So I resorted to using the cream alone for a month. The second ingredient is dimethicone which is what fills in the lines and wrinkles. It does an ok job at filling in the crows feet which is one of the claims. Other than that, my dark circles are still there. And the micro-pulse massager isn't very comfortable .

I also received this product to test as a BzzAgent. I am in my twenties and have a problem with dark eye circles, puffiness, and crow's feet (which I'm just starting to develop). After using this product religiously and as instructed on the package for over four weeks, I see absolutely no improvement in my undereye circles, crow's feet, or puffiness. Nada. Nothing.
Although I like the cream (it feels very soothing, cooling, and hydrating on my undereye area), I hate the vibrator thing. I have completely stopped using it now because I just can't stand it. It irritates my undereye area and has done nothing to reduce puffiness. I really think it does make wrinkles in that area worse. The skin there is just too thin and sensitive to use something like that.
I would not recomend this product because it just didn't deliver as promised on the package and was very awkward to use. It's also really expensive. The only thing I liked was the cream because it was moisturizing and felt soothing. That's about it. I wouldn't use this again.

Nice consistancy. Sinks in fully and doesn't leave eyes goopy or gross!
It helps my lines and it has helped my circles some(haven't used it the full 4 weeks yet)I don't have puffiness so I don't really know about it for that.
Overall a very nice eyecream and worth the money as I have paid just as much or more for those that are the above mentioned thick and goopy :-P !

I received this product free from BzzAgent. I was excited to try it because I probably wouldn't buy it myself - I use retinoids, so not too many other anti-aging products can deliver the results I expect.
I used the micro-pulse attachment one time, but saw how it was tugging at the skin under my eyes, and since that could be detrimental long term, I resorted to using the serum w/o the micro-pulse attachment.
The serum spread easily and absorbed well into my skin. It was compatible with my cosmetics, and I didn't experience any irritation. I haven't seen any improvements in my fine lines for the month I've been using it. The formula isn't too exciting - it doesn't contain appreciable amounts of any active compounds, which is disappointing since I think L'Oreal really could do better. I'm a huge fan of L'Oreal cosmetics, but this product is not a must have for me.

I received this product as a BzzAgent, so full disclosure--I did not buy it but I feel no obligation to review it differently than I would have had I paid for it. I noticed ads for this new eye cream in all the September fashion/beauty mags, featuring the ageless 40-something supermodel Linda Evangelista. It claims to be a "total eye correction system" featuring step 1 (anti-wrinkle + dark circle cream) and step 2 [anti-bag + puffiness micro-pulse massager.] Basically you dab the cream under each eye, then use the gentle massaging tip to minimize under-eye puffiness. As someone who doesn't have undereye bags or puffiness, I can't say I'd be bothered with step 2, nor can I claim it's gimicky or comment on its effectiveness--it's just not something I'd use. My review is based strictly on using the eye cream without the micro-pulse device. I've tried a zillion eye creams; my under-eye skin is particularly dry, sensitive and showing fine lines unless I keep it very well-moisturized. The overwhelming reasons I'm liking this cream for use in the summer is 1) it hasn't irritated my eyes and 2) it's not too heavy or greasy in this hot, humid weather. Additionally, I like that it dispenses through the narrow tip of a plastic tube, so I don't have to dip fingers into a jar and potentially contaminate the product or expose it to air that might oxidize the ingredients. I'm very sensitive to scent and many ingredients make my eyes water, plus I'm a contact lense wearer. This has a mild, pleasant almost undetectable scent that I'd describe as fresh; and it thankfully doesn't irritate my eyes, no matter how much or how often I apply it. It absorbs easily and doesn't sit on top of the skin in a greasy layer--I can brush on a little concealer immediately after applying this and be good to go. It feels light and soothing in the summertime when I don't want a heavy cream anywhere on my face. Having said that--I doubt it'll be emollient enough when winter hits and my skin starts feeling parched from indoor heating, etc. This cream claims to diminish dark circles with an ingredient called "Erasyl" but I couldn't find further information on what exactly this is? It also claims to reduce crows feet over time. Since it doesn't appear to contain anything like Retinol, I don't see how this is possible. It does however contain both Mineral Oil and Glycerin, ingredients that would soothe and moisturize the delicate undereye area and lessen the appearance of any dryness or fine lines. Overall, I'm happy to use this in the summertime, would like more information on what Erasyl is--and won't use the micro-pulse massage portion of this system.

I received this as a BzzAgent - my first test product! At first I tried to be very conscientious about following the directions and even trying it on only one eye for comparison. But I guess I'm not patient enough to wait several weeks for results.
I found that the applicator dragged on my skin when I tried to use it to spread the cream according to the directions. Dampening the skin first helped a lot. But I'm not convinced that the vibrations helped the cream to penetrate any more effectively. (And I LOVE beauty gadgets.) It did, however, help to distribute eye cream into the outer corners of my eyes better than using my fingers.
In the end, I do like and use the cream (on my lids as well as under the eye). It's fairly thick and clings well without being greasy. I'll use it up but I wouldn't be eager to purchase it again as I'd be paying for the gadget too.
EDIT: It turns out you can open the battery hatch and presumably replace the battery (it looks like a standard hearing aid-type battery), so if you like the "pulse" gadget, you could probably continue to use it, even with other products.

YES, I am yet another BzzAgent who received the Micro-Pulse to try. NO, I'm not going to repeat what others have shared about this product. If you read the other reviews, then you would guess that I most likely experienced the same results. And for the most part, you are a darn good guesser! But, with most of life's little disappointments, there exists a tiny glimmer of hope, a hint of happiness, or an important lesson to be learned. This I gleened from that strange Micro-Pulse vibrating device. Because, if you want to know a little about this product before considering trying it, I'm sure you are wondering just what is the deal with this mysterious Micro-Pulse?
The Micro-Pulse is meant to be used in combination w/ the eye cream to be more effective in doing all those great things the cream is supposed to do. This is based, I suppose, on the theory that effectiveness is increased if circulation is increased. Here's my take.
●The Deal With the Massaging Micro-Pulse● Yes, circulation is good for the skin. Yes, increasing circulation while applying an eye cream is probably is even better. But, NO, applying an eye cream to the delicate & so easily damaged area under the eye w/ an ICE-COLD, METAL vibrating device is not good! It's bad, bad, BAD! It pulls at the skin, it tugs at the skin. The sheer horror and trauma of its damage to such a fragile area will not be easily forgotten by me or my skin. Do NOT DARE put that thing anywhere near your under eye area! Don't make me repeat myself. But it's not ALL bad. After my 3-week relationship with the Micro-Pulse, two positive things were discovered from this device: 1) It served as an excellent reminder that when applying the cream, I should massage it GENTLY into the skin. The benefits were more noticeable applying it in this manner & when my fingers warmed up the cream first. Massage DOES make anti-aging creams work better.
2) The Micro-Pulse is a wonderful and effective tool for relieving headaches! Just apply that bad boy to your temples or forehead, and its little vibrations just melt away that pain! And it feels very nice.
So, I learned that just by altering HOW I apply eye cream makes the results more noticeable. My inner jury is still up on the Loreal eye cream. I used their under-eye Anti-wrinkle Cream for years and I really liked it. But, I have not used this product nearly long enough to determine whether it is better or not. continued >>

Another BZZagent here. I was pleased to get in on this BZZ campaign since I was looking for a good eye cream. Sadly, this wasn't it. I started it the day I arrived home after a long trip and a 16 hour travel day so my eyes were pretty tired, puffy and baggy. The cream itself feels fine, not too heavy or greasy, not so thin that it doesn't feel like it's doing much, but the "MIcro-Pulse" attachment just tugs at my skin unless I use about 3x the amount of cream as I normally would. To be honest, after using the products for 10 days my eyes do look less puffy and tired, but I believe that has much more to do with having recovered from my jet lag than any benefit from the cream and micro-pulse vibrator treatment. I'll keep using it for a while to see if I notice any benefit, but for now this seems like a waste.

After receiving this product to try as a Bzzagent I must say that I am extremely surprised at the lack of results I have seen. It in no way lives up to the claims on the packaging. The cream does nothing and the "pulse" is a gimmick. I stopped using this after a couple weeks of seeing absolutely no change in any fine lines or wrinkles. I was disappointed in this product and expected much higher quality from a brand like L'Oreal. I would not repurchase this nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

As a bzz agent, I received this product to try and review. I have to say that I am not impressed with it at all. I found the eye crem to be average at best. After a few days, I stopped using the pulse and just used the cream. The pulse was time consuming and it just pulled on the sensitive eye area. I was afraid it was doing more harm than good. After 3 weeks of using the eye cream, I have noticed no significan changes in my dark circles. I will not be purchasing this eye treatment in the future.

Also got this for free to try out as a Bzzagent. I have some fine lines and dark circles but no eye bags, so I cannot comment on that.
I have been using for over 2 weeks and, as other reviewers, I am not particularly impressed, I have not noticed any improvement in my eyes, although there weren't problems either.
I like the cream just fine, it is a decent moisturizer, absorbs well and the scent is not too strong (although it is a bit perfumy). My dark circles are better, but I have been sleeping more lately (vacation!) and I know this is pretty much how my dark circles are when I get sleep, so I do not think there is any extra improvement because of the cream
I have seen no difference in lines, if anything, they are a bit more marked. I don't necessarily think it is this cream's fault, but rather the absence of the eye cream I was using before.
As for the massaging device, I actually stopped using it after about a week because it was time consuming (at least for how long I am willing to stand massaging my eyes), did not seem to do anything for my eyes. I did not find a very good way to use it. If you dab the cream very lightly before using it, then the top of the massager sits on the cream, but does not really help absorb much. If you pat a bit more so the cream gets absorbed, then the massager does not slide and pulls your skin. Not ideal in general, even less for your eyes. There is still quite a lot of product left, so think I will keep it and use it again when I am more sleep deprived to see if it really helps with the dark circles, but for now it is back to my regular eye cream.
