I purchased not "Broadway" but "Central Park" (216B) -- it was MY color to wear to work and school. But...after a few months the entire bottle gunked over and the nail polish is not usable. And it's still half full! I guess you get what you pay for, at $1.99 what can you expect? Nevertheless, these are great polishes -- they dry quickly, last a long time when painted on with a clear coat (!! surprisingly!), and look just as chic as some more expensive brands.
Target had a huge sale a couple of months ago and tons of nail polishes had deep discounts. I picked up this NYC polish in Broadway. It's a brownish, burgundy, with flecks of gold. It's not one of my favorites, because it's so hard to get off, and I just don't have the patience to take off dark polish anymore.
It's a quick dry polish, which is a nice feature. This is definitely a winter shade ~ it's much too dark for So CA in the summer. I may use this next winter.
