I have tried my fair share of mascaras and this one is the best I've used by far. The casing itself if very attractive with the gold color and sleek design. I found that the brush only had just enough formula on it and I never have clumps on my eyelashes. It lengthens, volumizes in the very first coat.

You know that freakish looking bodybuilder who becomes so sickly obsessed with muscle, that he uses steroids and spends all his time working out to have watermelon biceps? Thats kinda how I am with my lashes. I vow never to use fake lashes, so instead I use Careprost (generic for latisse) and spend way too much time applying mascara. My lashes grow in long and abundant, but thin.

The secret is all in the brush. It's not a soft bristle, so it's strong enough to comb through the lashes. But the bristles are tight and closer, which helps with coating the lashes. In addition, the formula is just right - not too dry, but not too slick where it'll rub right off if you try to build up. I'm all about boudoir lashes, so I put about 4 layers on (yes, I'm a freak). I recommend waiting about 5-10 seconds between each layer. At this time frame, it'll be tacky enough but not too dry to where you can continue building layers. Another trick is to apply from BEHIND the lashes rather than the front, like most people do. This way, you'll really fatten up the entire strand of lash 360.

It does not do much for length, because the brush is too fat to really work the tips. But you could, if you REALLY felt like putting time into (it'll be messy though).

I have not had too many problems with smearing and rubbing off, and I'm saying that as someone with oily lids who lives in rainy Seattle. I do not think it's necessarily to buy the waterproof version, as that is much drier in formula.

Only thing that I don't like, which is apparent in the photo, is that after about two weeks of use this does get drier and tackier and hence the lashes look spidery. But a fresh tube of this stuff is so creamy on the lashes!

Photo shows my natural lashes coated with about 3-4 layers of L'Oreal Million. I curled them using shiseidos curler. No eyeliner, no eyeshadow, no falsies:

I love this mascara! It does everything I want it to do. I have thin, short, straight eyelashes. This mascara makes them look longer, thicker and holds the curl. I haven't had any issues with clumping, and it brings out even my skimpiest lashes. I do use the waterproof formula because I've never found a non-waterproof formula that will hold the curl in my stick-straight lashes. I've read some reviews saying this mascara doesn't have staying power. Again, it may be because I use the waterproof formula, but haven't had any problems with staying power even on my longest days. Love it!

I love this mascara. It's lengthening, my lashes look so full, and so pretty. The color is good. The only downside is it gets flakey after about 9 hours. I counted.

I absolutly love this mascara...it does exactly what it says.my lahes look soooo thick, it catches the tiny ones& the corner lashes.hardly any clumping at all.none on the first coat.holds curl ok (wish it did that longer) but id take the hardly clumping ober curl hold any day...I am on like my 9th 12th tube, ive lost track.this is my go to mascara because I know it will always look good..altho I still try others but I will always have this..I have ok length but my lashes expecially my lower lashes on my left eye are sparse (has anyone elese ever noticed mascara always goes on great on one eye but not quite on the other?mabey im just deformed:)I think its because I used to always wear waterproof mascara.my lashes b4 I started wearing makeup where very thick&very long.ive now started avoid waterproof but I wear contacts&have to put drops in my eyes sumtimes but this mascara whether water proof or smudge proof hold up pretty good..if u haven't tried this out yet you def should...

Yes! This packaging is so luxe for a drugstore product! I love this! Just 4 lippies because it dries out so quickly! I mean my Maybelline Falsies, Benefit They're Real and Diorshow Extase all last ages. No, I do not ever adhere to the rule about 3 months. So this does separate every single lash and thicken. I have been asked what I'm doing differently since starting to apply my mascara on the tops of my lashes and the underside. Love this, will definitely buy again.

Many on youtube as well as friends raved about this... I TRIED so hard to love it, but it just didn't cut it for me...

-it CLUMPED like mad and I am not a fan of clumpy mascara... I'm pretty anal about that so that was an issue.

-Smeared! Waterproof one didn't like that either :(

-Smelled of horror... I mean, NARS lipglosses smell to but at least that for me was a bit tolerable than this...

Maybe I got a bad one? Only lord knows but I tried to love it... I won't buy it again, sorry.

Alright, so i have long lashes. And this mascara actually makes them seem like there's alot of lashes.. i mean they are long but it makes them seem fuller! .. the brush is good as well, only bad thing it kind of flakes after a while :/ besides that its great

Bought this because of the rave reviews but ended up being disappointed. Offered NO volume for my straight asian lashes, barely held a curl, and was kind of expensive for a drugstore (7-8$ at Target or Walmart). The packaging was pretty though - a gold tube. I was expecting a false lash look but ended up with wimpier looking lashes.

I purchased this mascara thinking it would'nt flake or smudge, I was mistaken. The very first thing I noticed is how hard it is to get off, if you have deeply hooded eyes like me, then this product is not for you. Within an hour of wearing it I noticed it had smudged onto my foundation from my lower lashes (I have very long lashes), which someone asked me if I had a bruised eye because of all the flaking and smudging. One swipe onto lashes isn't good enough to thicken, it took me 4!

Don't let the looks of the gold tube fool you, it is pretty packaging but a horrible product!!!!
