Delusional is a very pigmented medium toned shimmery magenta. I have pigmented lips and Delusional covers them quite nicely. I'm more comfortable wearing only 1 coat and blotting it. The more coats, the more viberant and electric this magenta becomes. The only issue is that this color seems to make the color of my teeth appear dull. The packaging is cutesy and fun with the swirly peace design on the tube and the hot pink ribbon. The texture of the product itself is very creamy.
