The bottle claims that it will "smooth, strengthen, support, and tint." I thought this was just a basic sheer pink polish. The good side is it is both formaldehyde and toluene free. I used the Barely Pearl, it is a sheer color and thus pretty forgiving of mistakes. This is a basic polish but I'm not sure about it being a treatment product.
