Pros
-packaging allows controlled pouring which means no wastage
-removes heavy make-up easily with a reasonable amount of product
-non-greasy
-bi-phase which is good if you're a fan of Lancome Bi-facil and Clarins Instant Eye make-up remover

Cons
-quite expensive for a small bottle of product

Will still re-purchase as is probably the best eye make-up remover I've tried
