I love this cleanser!! I bought the whole Hada Labo set after trying out some samples of the "lotion" and loving the effects of it.

I love that its a foam because its so so easy to wash your face. Just pump out some foam, massage into your face, wash off and you're done! Simple and effective. When I first bought this cleanser, I thought it would only last for a short time because its such a small bottle. But I've been using it for about 3-4 months now and there's still about 1/3 left (as far as I can guess from the weight).

Since I've started using the Hada Labo routine, I think my pores have become smaller and my face looks much more supple. The hada labo set is great for its price and really does what it claims. Some reviewers said they found this cleanser drying. Personally I do feel that my skin is a little 'stripped' after cleansing but I never feel the uncomfortable tightness that comes with your skin being too dry. Also, I ALWAYS use the hada labo "lotion" (toner) and moisturizer after using this and I haven't faced any dry skin problems (I have combo skin for reference).

Will definitely repurchase and keep using all things hada labo :D

As someone who thought Hada Labo's hyaluronic acid range is not only overrated but is in fact bad, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this one has turned out. Granted, it has nothing to do with hyaluronic acid and therefore gets none of the publicity, but four months of exclusive use have taught me this is the better Hada Labo product. I started in the winter and did not find it to be overstripping (though I wouldn't describe it as "moisturizing" either), and now that summer is approaching I imagine it'll work even better. Its dense texture certainly feels expensive. In fact, I don't see much difference between this and Kanebo's Dew Superior, which costs about eight times more. Terrific value for the money.

I have combination skin that is acne prone and can be both oily and dry at the same time. I bought this product when I was traveling in a tropical climate. It worked great when I was there. I used it once a day at night and it didn't dry my skin out. In fact I was able to go without moisturizer during the day the whole time I was there. I think it did help fade scars and kept my skin spot free the whole time I was using it. I wouldn't say this product is very drying, but it definitely isn't moisturizing. I'm back to Canadian winter weather (aka extremely dry and cold weather) right now and I do notice flaky patches after using this so I don't use it everyday anymore. The price is not very expensive at all, especially for a product with AHA/BHA so I would say its a good option to consider if that's what you're looking for. I would suggest using this in warmer months or in humid climates if you're afraid of it being drying. Also, as a general rule, I wouldn't use these types of exfoliating cleansers more than once a day.

Very drying, in fact more drying than the normal non-foaming wash. My skin feels tight and flakes if I don't put moisturizer after. Only use it when I have heavy makeup. After I remove my makeup, using this makes sure my face is properly cleansed.

i used Tamagohada face wash, arbutin lotion, and arbutin milk..
its good but i still got acne and small bumps from it..

but the face wash is really mild and gentle for my skin..i even felt that my skin is smoother..but the small bumps and acne make me stop using this product..i really wish i can continue this face wash because it can make my acne scar fade faster but i cant..still searchin for another toner and moisturizer..

Ran out of my usual dermalogica facewash + daily microexfoliant and was quite excited to try this after reading these reviews, however, my experience wasn't quite the same.

I have combination skin with oily t zone, and after using it, I felt my skin wasn't as smooth and had broken out with smaller whiteheads.

I use this with the Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid Lotion (another review altogether) but I didn't get the result of the clearness that I was hoping for.

Been using it for 2 weeks now and will give it another go for 2 more, but will return to dermalogica's exfoliant if I can't see an improvement.

I love, love this facial wash. The packaging is cute and the performance effective, even to remove my light make up. No fragrance, etc that could have bad reaction to my sensitive skin and heavenly foamy.
However, I do read somewhere that too much of this might cause dryness, which is bad news for oily or sensitive skin. Thus, sometimes I alternate this with Hada Labo Moisturizing Facial Wash.
For travel, I go for Tamagohada Face Wash (cream based) which has smaller, TSA approved packaging.
Also, since this product contains AHA + BHA, please use sunscreen. This is also mention at the back of the package.

This stuff feels heavenly on the skin. It's so thick and creamy and very gentle. Despite its acidic content, it's doesn't sting your face and I can actually keep my eyes open when using this. I can already feel the results of the daily exfoliation, as my skin feels really smooth and I haven't had a single breakout. Will definitely buy again. My only complain is why I didn't buy this earlier. I love Hadalabo.

Performance: This is definitely an excellent product which is gentle enough for everyday use, yet effectively doing the exfoliation job. My face feel soft (no taut or 'film' feeling) and immediately brightened a lot after 2nd usage. No fragrance, mineral oil, colourant and alcohol which is a big plus. My skin is not dry and sensitive although it has the exfoliation properties (AHA and BHA)

Texture: Rich foam wash, wash away easily with water

Scent: No scent, which is good

Packaging: no problem with the packaging, cute colour design

Worthiness: Definitely worth every penny! Very cheap compare with many other brand with the same effect. I use laneige multi cleanser but it is not as good as this one with the price almost triple than this one. Laneige left "soap" feeling which i don't really like, and did not clean my face as well as Hada labo.

I have the tube version (non foaming pump dispenser) and I find it significantly helps to reduce my clogged pores after two weeks of use. While my country is humid, this cleanser does leave a slightly tight and drying feeling afterwards(not very much but noticeable) so I'll apply Khiel's oil free ultra facial moisturizer on my face to soothe it.
Since this contains acid, do use a sunscreen if not you'll be getting major sun damage.
