This brush was free so I'm rating it a 4. It is specifically made to use on loose eyeshadow , this brush is stiff so it keeps the eyeshadow that may have glitter from fallout. It is quite hard to blend with a stiff brush though. Foil and fuse can be used wet to go over the already applied eyeshadow, which is perfect to intenstify the color.
