Bad: Doesn't quickly reduce puffiness very well. Tested side by side against a cheaper, lesser known brand and didn't perform as well. Applicator poor - d/n go on smoothly. Used my hands to smooth out.
Personal preference: Cream too thick. Prefer a serum.
Good: Very little to no scent.

Weird this got such low reviews. Means I'm going to have to get a spare to stockpile. I love this stuff. I had puffy bags under my eyes and smile lines. This got rid of them more than anything else has. No breakouts or anything. Perhaps because of my age and the fact my skin is probably dryer than most (low-40's). SO if you're over 40 give it a try. I love this stuff.

I normally don't write reviews. But I had to for this. Like other users, I experiences a RASH and bumps all around my eyes. I put this on at night and after the 3rd day of use, I developed a raised, bumpy, red patch under my left eye. I discontinued use and the rash has been there now for 4 days. I am absolutely horrified and DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE TRY THIS. Horrible

I have very fine lines under my eyes and a bit of darkness. I bought this thinking it would make everything better because there's not that much to fix yet. WRONG! I don't know if I'm possibly allergic to an ingredient in it but after a week of use my eyes were PUFFED out! Red and swollen under both eyes and some weird little bumps, and itchy. Um...total opposite of what it was supposed to do. Thanks alot Olay, now I'm holding ice to my face. I'll stick to cucumbers from now on.

Got this for free with a coupon and it is just not doing anything...Feels a little moisturizing but thats it...If my eyes are puffy in the morning from my allergies I put this in the fridge and roll it on in the morning and it feels so good helps a little with de-puffing...

gimmicky - which surprises me because Olay is a line that I count on to provide me with solid skin care at a medium price point (meaning that it is a top-end drugstore product, price wise). I should've known better - the eye rollerball concept felt nice, but I can't see where running it over my undereye area for a few seconds 2x a day is the equivalent of a massage, and honestly I feel that area is too thin to benefit from so much "massage" and manipulation. it didn't hurt anything, but it didn't do much for my puffiness and dark circles. Still in search of a solid eye product that diminishes dark circles and puffiness while minimizing crows feet without breaking the bank - when I find it, i'll call it HG and you'll all be the first to know :) - sadly, this wasn't even close!

This lotion comes in a really cool package you pump the end and roll a properly measured amount of eye lotion under your eyes. I love the delivery system because there is no waste However the magic lotion that I paid an arm and a leg for is doing nothing for my eyes and I have used it for months now. The eye lotion is not hydrating at all and has no staying power. I have seen no difference in my eyes. I am disappointed and will not put out this kind of $$$ for something that I see no results from. Shame on you Olay

Save your money. Ineffective, and the rollers are annoying.

I have successfully used this roller product for 6 months. I do not use it so close to the eyelid though, that it would seep in-as previous reviewers had problems with. I use it in the morning and have almost immediate de-puffing results. The effect, for me, seems to last all day. I do gently pat the product from midline to outer eye until the product is absorbed. No rolling under makeup and keeps moderate moisture. I also use Caudalie eye cream over this when needed.
It would be helpful if the applicator was marked with a recycle code (we can recycle 3-7 here as well..), but overall the applicator is easy to use.
Also, although the total product amount is small, it usually lasts 2-3 months, depending on how much I use each day. Use daily, every morning and will keep in my routine.

Love the concept of the roller, wish more companies made products like this. Feel that it's more sanitary than touching my finger to my eye. Moisturizes so-so. Would buy again.

I use alot of Regenerist and bought this because it was new and seemed convenient and easy. It was too watery to be hydrating and you might as well roll it right onto ur eyeballs cause that is where it ends up after a few minutes.

Received a sample of this product (6ml) and was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, I am not impressed. I can't see any improvement at all, in fact, using this under my eyes makes the skin red and irritated and makes any puffiness look worse.

I was incredibly disappointed in this product. I had high hopes for it because I heard or read somewhere that this was great. Anyway, it made my eyes look more tired after I used it. It didn't do anything good for my eye bags or the puffiness or lighten the circles...

I like the product! I'm surprised that the previous reviewers didn't like it. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I decided to NOT to use it today to see if there is any difference. Yes, there is as my puffiness came back today as soon as I stop using it.
The eye serum itself has nothing to do with reducing the puffiness in my opinion. But the serum does help soften the skin around my eyes. Now, the rollers, they are supposed to be the reason helping to alleviate the puffiness around the eyes. With proper massage, the product helps to target the problem. I have reasons to believe the previous reviewers did not massage properly hence they didn't see any difference. Instead of just "roll over" around the eyes, I use just a tiny bit of pressure (*note* just tiny bit of pressure) and roll over the skin under my eyes in a slight circular motion. Gently doing so for 30 seconds and I feel refreshed instantly.
Though the product itself is great, but $20 is a bit overpriced. I have seen something similar for almost 1/2 price off! Most likely, I won't be buying this again. :)

I have to agree with the reviews here. This is a gimick and though it feels nice to roll the product on, the actual product doesn't do more than any regular moisturizer. And you can't recycle the container. Another deal breaker. Expensive little experiment for me.

Bought at Costco....decided to try based on Regenerist claims... i have used it for 2 days now, and do not notice much.....like the idea of roller to massage product in, but honestly it doesn't feel that great and i haven't noticed much difference in 2 days...... not sure if it would give results if continue to use for a week? will try a few more days before returning to Costco... it was $30 for 2 pack
