I bought this Kabuki brush because it was made in Japan. I had bought it on eBay and it is 100% goat hair. It isn't as soft as my Ecotools retractable kabuki. It has a smallish head so it might be more suitable for applying blush. Overall it is an ok brush but a better deal is the ecotools brush. I also got their 100% kolinsky retractable lip brush and I'm pretty happy with that.
