This eye cream broke my under eye capillaries! After a few days of using this product (with no visible result), I spotted a few red dots under my eyes which I believe they're broken capillaries. I wanted to beileve this product worked so I tried again after a few months and got the same effect. No no to this expensive product for me.

No moisture effect at all. I really wanted to believe that this has been working on my undereye skin but nothing has changed after 4 months. I found that even H2O works better than this Japanese brand that I once really trusted. Their eyeliners aren't very good too!
I will spend my money more wisely by going with Lancome and Estee Lauder instead.

This is a serum and doesn’t have the moisturising properties of an eye cream. Also I saw absolutely no line reducing effects whatsoever. This may be OK if you are young and have no moisture issues but I definitely needed more moisture than what this provides. The concept of layering another layer of cream for the eye area, to me, is superfluous and one product should do it all, especially for the price this sells at. I found that I always needed to apply twice after the first layer has absorbed since it provides virtually no moisture. As a result I saw more lines due to dehydration. My concealer also did not apply as well since there is no slip with this and once it absorbs, it is as dry as a table top. If you are going to buy a Shu eye cream, the phyto-black is the one to get, for a bit more money, that provides many more benefits including moisture. I would only recommend this if you are virtually lineless and require no serious moisture for the eye area. Pump is great and smooth, and packaging gets all the last bits out since you can easily stand it upside down and remove the little tube so there is no wastage.
