I waffled for a while on buying this because the quality of KVD shadows gets such mixed reviews. In the end I caved because it was $10, a color I could use, and I love Motorhead. Picture it, Lemmy, the new face of Sephora! >.<
I got this intending to use the satin side as a brow powder and just ignore the glitter side. The satin side works great for my sparse black brows, using the Studio Tools angled eyeliner brush. There's no fallout or smudging. I tested the glitter side and was pleasantly surprised. It looks super glittery but isn't. Great for me but probably disappointing for those who are into sparkle. I use it for the crease, sweep away the few glitters with a fan brush, and I'm good to go.
I would not have purchased this (or any other e/s duo) for $20 but at $10 I think it was a fair deal. It seems like a lot of product so I probably won't need to re-purchase. continued >>

Great color! Both side are the same, except one has glitter and shimmer and the other just has shimmer. This is the perfect grey for smokey eyes. Great pigmentation, blends beautifully. The packaging is beautiful and comes with a mirror.

It's a nice colour, very useable. :-) (My friend has it and I used it, I didn't buy it though, I'll stick to my drugstore stuff). Plus, I laughed at the name- Motorhead is one of my alltime favorite bands! I think of Lemmy screaming "ACE OF SPADES!!!" when I use it- just for that it gets a five. ;p

Another kick @ss shadow. $10 Sephora Sale Score!!! This is a dark grey that you can layer really nicely w/black eyeliner for a slammin smoky eye... I also use as a liner w/a damp brush for a softer look than black. Lasts well as a shadow, w/little creasing and definitely rocks as a liner for me. I really like the sparkly side as a LINER... very pleased w/all of my Kat Von D eyeshadows (and good thing cause i went a lil crazy w/the $10 sale).
