I've been using this for about 2 weeks now, and I love it! I'm 38, I have a lot of allergies, and I have *very* sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin. So many "gentle" cleansers either give me a rash, make me break out, or leave my skin feeling greasy.
I'm so happy with this cleanser. I use a nickel-sized amount at night, gently rub it in, and rinse with warm water. My skin feels so clean without getting that tight, too-dry feeling afterward. And then I use a dime-sized amount in the morning in the shower.
For the past year, I'd been using a different cleanser (much more expensive department-store brand). Every night, after cleansing, I'd wipe my face with some toner on a cotton-ball, and the cotton ball would end up brown from all the dirt the cleanser didn't remove. Now that I'm using this Yes to Cucumbers cleanser, every night the cotton ball comes back clean!
My skin is looking cleaner, clearer, softer, and less oily overall. I *love* this product!

I know they says that they are for sensitive skin but it has a purfumee smell that makes me skin irritated as well as my lungs I also find that the product is to sticky both to get on m.y face and to get off.My face is skin sticky after using this without 3 rinses and alot of toner.
There are much better face washes out there.

This is an amazing product which has left my skin so clean. It actually smells like cucumbers which is good and when you finish cleansing your face it will actually feel cleansed and like you actually did something. It took off my make up and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin which is a major bonus! It's all natural so you won't be putting harsh chemicals and who knows what else on your face. My opinion is that this product is a must for those with sensitive skin because you can't find anything else like this brand.

This product was MORE drying than the tomato trouble free wash. And I have oily skin and live in a humid climate. get the tomato one.

I had such high hopes for this. I love, love natural/organic products and I've been making it a point to try as much from the Yes To lines as I can. So far this is the only one I'm not a fan of. Maybe it's just my oiliness talking, but this didn't cleanse my skin at all. I use it only in the mornings, so my skin isn't dirty or full of makeup, but I just feel disgusting after I use this. It's like a strange, sticky film all over my face after I rinse this gel off. It's almost like I hadn't washed my face at all and my toner is doing all of the "cleansing" work because it's astounding what is left on my skin after I wash it. I wanted to love this, but it's just completely ineffective for me.

Eh, a little too drying for my skin, not the worst out there, but not for me at all. Also stings eyes if you try to wash eye makeup off. I had higher hopes.

I love natural and organic products :) This was great for me. It calms and soothes redness, no breakouts, non drying ( I have dry skin but oily in t-zone). This kept my acne under control. People complain about it coming out too fast, but I have never had that problem. You just need to know how to keep your hand under control. I use this with Burt's Bees Peach and Willowbark scrub to exfoliate. It is also a great product. ( I will do a review on that also) Overall I like this a lot, and I probably would buy it again. If you have sensitive skin, it will obviously break you out. You need to go to the dermatologist, and get a special face wash. Check out my notepad too for more natural skin health tips. <3!

I was really excited to try this cheaper alternative to my usually-expensive face cleanser. Let's just say you get what you pay for. I literally have the most sensitive skin on the planet, and of course, I had a reaction to this product. My skin would not stop flaking off. It was terrible. I would layer on moisturizer after moisturizer all to no avail. My dad, who normally doesn't comment on makeup-related stuff, was concerned for my skin! I was so embarassed at school, my skin just looked awful. I really wanted to like this product, because it's cheaper and for sensitive skin, and seemed to keep me breakout free. But it just wasn't worth it. If you have truly sensitive skin, be warned!

I didn't really like this product . I uses "fresh soy face wash", i personally loves it but it was just wayy too expensive,i think it was like $ 30 or somthing for like a 5 oz bottle, anyways so i was actualy looking for a replacement. i bought the product at target and it was around $10, i thought it was pretty cheap if it was gona work similar to my old facial wash, so i bought it, and the packaging was kinda cute ^__^. At first, i realize the substance was a gel, which normally i was expecting somthing that's similar to my usual face wash, really mild, and it wouldnt over dry my skin because there arnt any substance that creates foams, (they are usually the key that over dry your skins). i was disapointed because it didnt really remove my make up when i was using it, after i rinse it for the first time, my skin still feels some waht oily, so i use it to wash my face again, i like how theres a cool feeling to my skin after rinse but still i can tell that my skin wasnt clean. it didnt do a good job on removing my mascara and eyeliners like my normal facial wash does, and some of it went in my eye and it hurted. i end up using my own facial wash n cleaned my face again. my skin didn't have any bad reaction toward it, like redness. but i was just kinda disapointed how it didnt really clean my face, and it was kinda harsh for my eyes.

I really like this cleanser. It's natural and effective. I have very light acne and sensitive skin, but other cleansers filled my face with blemishes, so I decided to try this. When I bought it, I had a problem zit that was horrible. I thought nothing could get rid of it. I washed my face with this, and by the next morning, it was completely dried out. It really does live up to its name by "calming" my skin. However, you do have to use this every day, just like it says. Also, it runs out VERY quickly because of the small bottle, and it was pretty expensive for the amount. I might try to buy this online when I run out to get it a bit cheaper. Other than the price, I recommend it. It smells nice, reduces redness, and it effective. :)

This product cleans skin well, and removes most makeup. It rinses clean, but then...lizard skin! Within 3 minutes of rinsing, my skin becomes very tight and uncomfortably dry. Maybe this works for oily skins, but definitely not for dry skin. i can't use this more than one day in a row, so can't report on its long term effects.

I love this cleanser!! I bought this on whim and am glad I did!! It smells so good, which is hard to find in a really good cleanser and I love how natural this is!! THis seriously is a great value, is very gentle yet effective, and smells divine!! (if you like cucumbers that is) This is my new HG cleanser as it's so cheap compared to what I would normally buy!!

I bought this on a whim because I wanted a new cleanser that was more natural. I'm used to using my HG Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming cleanser but I think it's time to venture off into new brands. I was eyeing the Yes To line for awhile since I love their body lotions.
This cleanser is jam packed with antioxidants, which is what appealed to me the most. I was wary that since it's a gel cleanser it wouldn't foam well, but to my surprise it foamed really nicely! The consistency is more a runny, liquid gel with a pearlescent sheen to it (like shampoo, which is slightly off putting but that's ok!)
The first few days I was actually quite convinced that it wasn't going to work well for my skin, since it didn't SEEM to make me feel clean. As the days went by and I continued to use it, I must say I'm loving it more and more. I lather my face with it for about 45 seconds and when I wash it off my face feels so soft, it's nothing like I've felt before from a cleanser (granted i've only used 3 drugstore brand cleansers in my life)
It removed my face makeup very very well since I wear tinted moisturizer, then light foundation, then concealer, then powder. I tone with witch hazel afterwards and it barely has a trace of makeup on it.
I wish the packaging wasn't so crappy though, if you're not careful with squeezing the tube you'll have a TON of product shoot out! I also am not a fan of the cucumber soapy fragrance in it. It's really pungent...I mean, what's the point? I'll be trying the Yes To Blueberries cleanser next, and if I like that one then I think the Yes To brand has a new fan :)

This is a nice gentle cleanser.
Smells really beautiful, and not much impresses me scent wise.
It doesn't remove all eye make up (I use Lush Ultra Bland for that) but it's fine for foundation etc.
A good general cleanser for sensitive skin.

I really like this face wash. It has treated me well in the winter months, where my skin has become dry and flaky. I use this cleanser in conjunction with the Yes to Tomatoes wash. This cleanser is my daily wash, while the other one is for when I am oily or have a zit that I want to get rid of.

I purchased this cleanser because my Walgreens was out of my Merlot cleanser, and I wanted something SLS free that wouldn't irritate my rosacea. I read the package and this appeared to fit the bill, so it came home with me.
Despite all the organic, supposedly gentle ingredients, it still irritated my skin. I have no idea which ingredient was the culprit, I just know I used this for about a month before I finally concluded my rash-like breakout must be from the cleanser.
I wouldn't buy again based on my skin's reaction, but overall it really wasn't a bad product. It wasn't overly irritating to the rest of my skin. It removed makeup easily and the squeeze tube was convenient for using at the sink or in the shower. The strange smell wasn't annoying, either.
I recommend this if your skin is fairly tolerant and you're just looking for a no frills cleanser. Just pay attention to the ingredients because organic doesn't mean it won't make you breakout.

After using my make up remover, my skin tends to look a bit red. I wash my face with this cleanser: the rednesss is gone, and my skin feels calm. And it doesn't give that dry feeling, that most cleansers give you after washing your face. So I'm pretty happy about it!

After one week of using this cleanser, I'm impressed. I have very sensitive skin due to rosacea and found that this cleanser did not irritate my skin. It has left my skin very soft and hydrated and has not led to any breakouts.

I got this product in the starter kit. Overall, I like this product and did repurchase after I finished my first tube. Like some others here, I like how it doesn't make my skin tight after using it, but yet it leaves it feeling clean. And also, I like how it doesn't have SLS. The packaging was fine with me along with the fragrance.

Lately ive been looking into organic products for my face.I figured I would give this one a try because its hypoallergetic and aimed towards sensitive skin ive also heard really good things about the whole brand. At first I really likes this because it felt soothing but I was a bit confused why they added such a strong fragerance to it.The packaging did not impress me at all, even if you accidently squeeze the tube a little bit all the product comes out and it was annoying to open in the shower while washing my face. Before I could even get results I got a horrible itchy rash on my forehead that took days to get rid off. I do not reconmend this at all and I dont know why they would market it to sensitive skin. I wil be returning this figuring it was a little pricely for such a small amount.
