    Best eyeliner i have ever tried! Its very pigmented and it is waterproof so it dosen't smudge.

    This is my go to liner for my upper and lower waterline. Its creamy, pigmented, applies easily and lasts all day. I don't wear pencil eyeliner on my eyelid so I can't say how it works for that but...
