I purchased the shade "flush" at Winners for $3. Flush is a soft raspberry matte shade that is quite flattering for my fair complexion. The pencil is soft and easily glides over my lips depositing the colour without tugging or pulling, but this absolutely nothing for plumping my lips. I like to pair this with a gloss as at least the gloss adds shine and dimension. I personally wouldn't repurchase, even at $3 as it doesn't plump and having to sharpen a pencil is a pain, but at least the pencil sharpener was included in the packaging.

This dose not plump at ALL! I bought this because i wanted to plump my lips but keep it natural looking so thats why i didn't get a gloss. This P.O.S dosnt plump at all, not even the tinniest bit. The color i got isnt my fav either, i got it in Pretty. A TOTAL WASTE OF 28 DOLLARS!! oh im so pissed! lol and its not like i can take it back cuz i dont have a ulta where i live and im not driving all the way down there just to return this.
