I always look for face and body scrubs that use natural ground exfoliants (peach kernel, nut shell, etc.) instead of polyethylene beads because of studies about plastics ending up in the oceans and our water supply. This and Burt's Bees were two of the only ones I could find at Target, and this one comes in much better packaging (squeeze tube instead of jar) and has a much easier-to-apply consistency (cream instead of chunky sludge). It's also fairly moisturizing and does a decent job of cleaning my face as well as exfoliating. I'm on my second tube and plan to purchase more when I run out. My only complaint is that it's a little light on the "scrubbers," which is probably what makes it gentle enough to use every day, but I would rather exfoliate more thoroughly two or three times per week.
I've been using this for over a year, and love it - one of the best beauty deals out there. My skin is very sensitive, and can get dull & blotchy with enlarged pores. This scrub keeps all those nasty effects at bay, without drying me out. I use (gently!) every evening after washing my face, and my skin is smoother, more even, and with almost invisible pores. I love that it's organic because there is nothing in it to irritate my skin, and zero scent. The best part is the price - dirt cheap! My only gripe is that it's only sold at Target, and they are sometimes out of stock. When I'm out, I really see a difference in my skin, and can't wait to get more... continued >>
I picked this up at the local Target while looking for my beloved Berts Bees citrus scrub (i sware that stuff is impossible to find!). I discovered that i like this much better than BBs (sshh don't tell anyone). This leaves my skin silky smooth w/ out the residue that BBs leaves. This is about $9 a bottle but its really great so while i have the dough ill make that special trip just to pick this up (along w/ Weledas skin food).
Great for my sensitive/dry flaky skin
