This is not long lasting and it covers nothing at all! It came off within 1hr. Horrible coverage, I feel like this foundation is pointless and should be called a tinted moisturizer. So expensive and so not worth it. I love the color selection that Bobbi has, it matches my yellow undertones, but I just cant find a good finish and long lasting foundation from her line.

I really like this. It doesn't look artificial and just improves the look of the skin without appearing overly made-up. The coverage was good but felt light. I tailor how much I use- a scant one pump for general use and two pumps for occasion-wear. It is easy to apply (I use a foundation brush) and the shade match was good- I went half a shade darker than I would be in the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. It didn't break me out.
It is important that the skin is adequately moisturised beforehand. Usually, I don't need powder (unless I am wearing this for an occasion and I want to 'set' it for longer.
Overall, I would highly recommend this as an oil-free foundation that has good coverage, that can be tailored and that looks natural.

I am in love with this foundation. I use this along with the Illuminating Face Power (Bobbi Brown) and I get a nice dewy canvas that looks so flawless. For reference I am MAC NC25 and I got this in Beige 3.

Sand 2 matches my NC 20 skin tone perfectly and does wonders to brighten and perfect my complexion. It looks more like real skin than other foundations I've tried and it lasts all day on my oily skin with minimal caking. It comes in a classy frosted glass bottle with a convenient pump. The texture is fairly runny, but easy to blend. I find that this foundation tends to separate though so be sure to shake well before use. I'm really torn because I think this breaks me out, not badly, but enough that I'm hesitant to put it on before I have an upcoming event. I'm going to continue to test it out though because it just makes my skin look so nice.

I wish I could return this but the snobby ladies at the SOHO Bloomingdales would probably shame me to death for return a product that I recently exchanged for an incorrect color match.
My skin is acne prone, combination skin.
This is probably the worst high end foundation I have ever tried. I can forgive drugstore brands because I didn't pay that much but when you shell out $46 bucks plus tax for a foundation you would expect some quality.
I will not deny that when I initially put it on-wow, it looks pretty decent like skin (not holy grail) but yeah this a pretty good color match (NC20- closer to NC25= warm sand). Not too bad but the coverage is sheer and could be build up, still need some concealer to cover red spots. That's fine. So that's after putting on the makeup in the morning before I go to work.
1hr commute later at work:
OMG- I literally see a pool of oil (like you can probably extract physically liquid) from the sides of my nose -(yes I am oily there but usually not that oily) my chin is oily and the coverage is not spotty (yes my chin is oily too) and as for my semi-oily/semi-dry forehead- my god, I see that the foundation has poor up around the pores! It is horrible, its not even close to long lasting -pshhh 8 hour wear my butt. I notice its not as bad (meaning maybe 1.5hrs) if I use CoverFX Matte on trouble areas but serious Bobbi Brown -- long lasting? In what world?

I really wanted to like this foundation, unfortunately it wasn't for me!
I didn't actually buy it, but a girl at a Bobbi Brown counter put it on for me, (after using a cleanser and moisturiser). I have very oily skin, so I wanted a long lasting foundation. However, this lasted about one to two hours on me before my whole face was really really shiny, and normally only my chin, nose and forehead get oily after a while. This very well may have been down to the moisturiser she used before applying it though.
The coverage was sheer/medium, and actually looked satin on me. It did highlight any flaws on my face and also seemed quite sticky!
I was matched to the shade 'Sand (number 3)' and for reference I'm an NC15, or Colourstay 'Buff'. Warning, I was told that this foundation runs lighter than other Bobbi Brown foundations, so in Skin foundation I'd probably be shade 2 'Warm Ivory'.
Overall I really wasn't impressed and I'm glad I didn't purchase it.

I'm almost 15 and have acne scars, hyperpigmentation and also mole removal scars on my face...bad right? haha. Also, I have combination/oily skin. Previously, I was using Revlon colorstay a VERY thick and full coverage foundation, it covers literally everything however its way too much for everyday use, so I bought this as I fell in love with the BB stick (although that is too much for my oily skin for warm seasons now).
About an hour ago was the first time I actually applied this onto my face, so far its looking really fresh still, I'll edit my review later on whether it stayed true to 'long lasting'.
So the actual application wasn't too bad. This is a light foundation, and I believe it is just there to even out your skin tone, so if people have to cover scars etc like me, use a concealer (I use BB foundation stick to spot conceal). I used the BB foundation brush to apply this, however I do not think this is the best way to apply as it seemed to come out a little streaky. I used my fingers to rub out the streaks, and tthis made it look very natural. What I did was I applied it in dots, then used my foundation brush to apply it but I have realized that its better when the foundation sets in a little bit (dries) then to rub it in, otherwise it does come out streaky. When I had applied it all over my face, it does really even out your skin tone but the great thing is that because its so light it really does look natural and not cakey. Another good thing is that it feels /looks light so I can see my real skin beneath it. No it did not cover all of my hyper-pigmentation and scars, but afterwards when I went in with my BB stick, it seemed to give me a flawless look.
Because I have oily/Combination skin, I do like oil control however I love the dewy look, and this foundation does just that! It gives me kind of a luminous glow which looks really pretty. Also because its light, it is great for Spring/Summer!
In terms of packaging, I really like it. The frosted glass bottle looks really sophisticated and not tacky at all. The pump is really efficient and smart. I used about 3 pumps (thats how much coverage I need!!) but if you dont need as much coverage as me probably about 1 pump or 1.5 pumps would be okay for you.
Hopefully this foundation will be true to its 'long lasting' claim because thats what I need for the school day. And also praying that it does not break me out!!!
If it does turn out to be really amazing, then it will turn into my HG foundation, so fingers crossed!!!! :)

I went through a big liquid foundation phase for awhile, and I really did enjoy this foundation. It was a nice color match and it gave a light natural finish that wore really nice throughout the day. The coverage is really nice, it's a medium to fuller coverage without being heavy or cakey. My skin is acne-prone and this formula did not brake me out and the fact that it contains SPF is always a plus. I would recommend this foundation to others who are looking for a really solid everyday liquid foundation.
I've moved out of my liquid foundation phase, and
the reason I wouldn't re-buy is because of purely personal preference. The price tag is a bit high, but it is a good, solid product.

[For reference – I am of mixed Filipino/English descent, with light olive skin-tone that leans towards warm/yellow. Skin-type is Combination/Sensitive, with redness on my nose & cheeks. Pronounced pores. NC20-25]

In my hunt for the perfect foundation – i.e. one that matches my pale yellow skin without being too dark/pink, does not slide off my red cheeks and lasts for a full work-day with little-to-no touchups – I have tried almost every brand under the sun. Bobbi Brown, MAC, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Chanel, Maybelline, Revlon, Bourjois, UNE...as a matter of fact, you can read my reviews on many of these here!

When I comes to Bobbi Brown, my heart is often torn. I love their whole ethos of enhanced natural beauty over artifice; however, no matter how much I try, I just cannot love all of their products as much as I want to. I am very fond of BB Skin, which has always been a great safety net for me over the years when I get into a foundation rut; I just needed more coverage, and I needed a foundation to hold shine at bay for at least the majority of the day, which is not Skin’s forte. With this in mind, I reached out in desperation to Natural Finish LLF. It’s typically priced for a BB foundation at £29.00, and comes in a frosted glass bottle with pump. It’s the only product marketed as being long-lasting in Bobbi Brown’s foundation line.

Bobbi Brown has, in my opinion, the best colour range of any foundation line. In fact, it’s the only product that I feel I have had a truly perfect match in. NFLLF runs slightly lighter than Skin foundation, so it’s well worth getting a new match even if you have used her products before; that being said I was actually matched to my Skin equivalent, which is Warm Sand 2.5 (I guess I am even paler this year!). The coverage is light to medium, and can be built up to an extent. The finish is satiny and very natural. It does not dry particularly quickly, so it’s easy to work with. It did not adhere particularly well to my shiny red cheeks, so I had to layer it on quite extensively; even then I could still see some redness. Only the plus side, this doesn’t look mask-like as so many other long-lasting foundations do (I’m looking at you EL Double Wear!); it allows things like freckles etc to show through. Truly your skin but better. I didn’t notice any oxidisation, although I did observe that this foundation smells very, very slightly like rubber to me!

Unfortunately the foundation did not last a full day without PLENTY of touching up; I needed to blot regularly every couple of hours, and the product did transfer quite copiously onto my tissue. I also ended with tidemarks here and there where it was slowly melting off my face. My oily chin and nose really suffered, losing almost all coverage by the end of the day even with powder and primer applied; my red cheeks were also quite naked. I even tried pairing this with my BB Foundation Stick for slightly heavier-duty coverage, but it still struggled. It’s such a shame, as the colour match is absolutely wonderful and I would love to love this product; I just cannot justify buying this again.

The Good:
1) Unparalleled, “natural” shade range.
2) Smooth and easy application.
3) No oxidisation.

The Bad:
1) Expensive compared to other department store brands.
2) Does not appear to last that long, even with touch-ups.
3) Seemingly no oil control in spite of blurb.

The Verdict
I would love to love this; alas it does not love me back. Wonderful if you want sheer cover with moderate lastability, but not much good for oilier skin types. As much as I wish otherwise I would not rebuy.

Tried it after trying and loving the Skin Foundation, as I read on several blogs that NF might be better for people with combination skin. It is, as the finish is slightly more matte looking (i would look dewy with SF).
Bit on the pricey side as are all BB foundations, but so far I've not regretted it. The glass bottle is a little scary to travel with, but otherwise i LOVE the pump. Perfect amount for daily use with 1 pump, and 1.5 pumps is perfect for the night.
coverage wise, I'd say its a medium. Might be able to layer on if you want additional coverage.

My skin is finally somewhat manageable after I made the switch to organic products. Right now this is the only thing I use that isn't organic, but it's hard to find natural foundations unless you order online. The BB guy told me this doesn't have parabens which is one plus.
This product is targeted toward normal/combo-oily types and I think that's accurate, but if you're leaning more toward the oily end you def need some kind of primer and/or powder. It's also suppose to be med-full coverage but it's more light-med imo.
The consistency is good- not watery but not too thick. For my day to day look, I only use one pump. If I want heavier coverage, I use about 1.5. I'm pretty fair skinned and am using the Sand 2. When the product comes out, it looks super light, but for most liquid foundations you want to go one shade lighter because it will oxidize when you put it on your skin.
I normally hate foundations and am very low maintenance, so this product has been an okay experience. Although it's not "clean" in terms of purity and ingredients, it hasn't made my sensitive skin react (shocking) and gives me a "no makeup" look. I wouldn't buy again because it's so darn expensive. Better to invest that $$ into a serum or moisturizer=]

I'm exceptionally fair, with pink undertones, and I almost gave up on finding a foundation that would match me. I've gone to almost every make up counter; the girls at mac didn't even try to match me. Thankfully I decided to try bobbi brown, and when I tried on the Alabaster sample at home, I almost cried. My skin looked so perfect. The only evidence I was wearing make up was how wonderful my skin looked, which trust me, isn't very common. If you use a good primer, and dust with some cornstarch, it'll look perfect all day. :]. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

NC25 Chinese, reddish undertones, old acne discoloration.
At the BB counter, I asked for a foundation for med to full coverage. The SA stated this line was the best they had for coverage, but she definitely was hesitant to say it was full coverage...
The color range is warm toned and nice, w/ the best match being 2.5 Warm Sand (3.0 Beige goes into the orange range). I like the color match better than the Boots Nude (more yellow) and leans twd lighter NC25ers, but the coverage only was medium at best.

I love this product for the choice of shades! It fits my skin colour perfectly, as a reference I use Natural 4 with this and am normally an NC30.
Its quite light but gives me enough coverage as i usually got good skin and hardly an blemishes, so it might not be for the ones that need to cover scars or dark blemishes as coverage is quite sheer. Easy to apply with either brush or finger which is another plus! I do have to blot after roughly 4 hours but i have very oily skin and it is expected.
Pricewise its rather expensive at £30 but it lasts up to 3 months, maybe a little less if you use a brush as i find that the brush uses more compared to applying it with fingers.
However much i love it, unfortunately it made me break out and i realised only after the second bottle that it was due to the foundation. So if this doesnt give you breakouts and you are looking for sheer foundation, this is the one :)

The texture is okay, but not worth the money. Does not stay any longer than other foundations. Medium coverage and does not mattify. there are loads of shades available so i guess everyone can find the perfect shade. i use 2.5 and it's like fluid skin to me, just the perfect color.

I read all the reviews and saw that many people were complaining about the staying power of this foundation, so I was a bit doubtful to try it. My priority, talking about foundations, is color match. I need my foundation to be the exact color (or at least very very close) of my skin color, which is not easy and I get that with Bobbi Brown. So I thought that I could deal with the touchups and went to buy it. In my skin, this foundation lasts almost all day (I have combination skin, these days is more on the oily side though) and it looks fantastically natural. Love it, I prefer this to the Skin Foundation, but both are great. If you have very light skin and can’t find a match you should probably try Bobbi Brown and see if you can find your color, and if you like light to medium coverage then BB is for you (because her foundations are not full coverage, with the only exception of the Stick Foundation). I really recommend going to the counter and trying it, every skin is different.

I was really happy when I found a foundation with a good colour match for my superfair skin. Most foundations are too yellow-y. The coverage of it is good, when I've just put it on. It's definitely not long lasting as it promises. After a few hours it's already starting to fade on my nose and chin. Do not recommend this to anyone!

I use this every day for about 3 months hasn't broke me out, cover is natual, and wont last through a whole school day only half. but the way to apply with out any cakeyness is with a sponge. and i never set this with a powder. the down side is that there is only an once and it cost 50 dollars. its my hg only cause i dont want to suffer through the trial and error of finding a new foundation.
