I have very sensitive skin that is prone to redness and allergic reactions, I have been using the ultra calming line from aveeno and wanted to try an eye cream, this stuff caused me to have a major reaction not sure what was in it that i was allergic to but it stung my eyelids when i first put it on and when i woke up the next morning my eyelids were bright red and peeling as if i had a terrible sunburn just there. I have been treating them with aquafor for the time being but am very unhappy with this product $17 for a drugstore eyecream that ravaged my eyelids. Kind of nervous to try another eye treatment for now will be doing research until i am sure that i wont get burned again.

I'm such a loyal customer of Aveeno, so I was hoping the best for this eye cream while on the hunt for my HG eye cream...unfortunately I have yet to find it. This eye cream seems to do nothing for me, its a gel consistency so its very cooling on the eyes.
I also am not very fond of the way it tends to flake after its supposed to have absorbed to my skin.
I still have quite a bit...not too excited about that :
on the plus side, I love the packaging.

PROS: Tried this on one eye only for a month, and it may have helped a little with firming/puffiness. Doesn't irritate my eyes. Good for under makeup. Comes in a pump and not a jar (no contamination).
CONS: Not enough moisture for me for a night eye cream. I have to also put on a good moisturizing eye cream. Has a slight fragrance.
ALTERNATES: High-end, I like DermaDOCTOR's Wrinkle Revenge, which is good for wrinkles and circles and okay for puffiness. For drug store alterantes: L'oreal's RevitaLift for wrinkles/moisturizing and L'Oreal's Age Perfect Calcium eye cream for moisturizing. Devita Revitalizing Eye Lift Cream with Polypeptides is nice for moisturizing too.

I got this product because I liked the idea of lifting and firming and I was desperate to find ANYTHING to help with my dark circles. I was very disapointed with this product. I have been using it day and night for months now and my dark circles are the same. It hydrates decently, but not amazingly. Also I saw no lifting/firming effects. The only reason I am still using it was because it was kinda expensive and I don't HATE it (i like to use products up)
PRO's: hydrating, packaging functions well
CON's: didn't help my dark circles, didn't lift/firm, expensive for drugstore, didnt hydrate THAT well, packaging isn't cute x(
Overall: 2/5 because I don't HATE it. But don't buy it.

I know alot of people here a complaining about this cream, but I simply LOVE it, I got dengue fever and that causes your blood vessels under your eyes to break so I was left with terrible dark circles, this cream totally healed my dark circles!! I also have allergies so I always used to wake up with puffy eyes, but this magic cream has totally stopped the puffiness, so I wake up looking refreshed instead of tired and droopy. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't break me out or burn at all. This is worth a try. I also had developed some minor fine lines around my eyes and it helped reduce my fine lines till they are barely noticeable. I also have not gotten any new wrinkles while using it, which is a plus, I only bought one so far and have been using it night and day for more than the past 5 months, So I will definitely repurchase! It dry quickly, is gel like so it glides easily one the skin, The only small quirk I got was that if I put it a lot below my eye and then put on sunscreen on that area it would ball up, but that's just a tiny area and i don't usually put sunscreen under my eyes any way because if it gets into my eyes they burn and water.

OK so I have tried this product and I LOVE it, I have been using it for 4 days now and I have noticed dramatic change in my under eye area. I got some what dark circles and getting small lines but in the small time I've been using this product it has won me over I have noticed it has brightened the under eye and the small lines have diminished, I can hardly wait to see the outcome in a few weeks! Ok i'm adding this to my review its now been four weeks and I LOVE this product my under eyes are brighter than ever and my small lines are almost gone, you can even wear this under your makeup and it does not leave a crease or nothing and you dont have to use alot this bottle should last for a while. So try it out ladies :))

Since i have bad dark circles around my eyes, i wanted a eye cream that would get rid of thm. So since my mother uses this, i decided 2 use this also.
-the packaging quality is very good, easy 2 work with
- helps with my dark circles
Even tho i have 2 use concealer over it, it does help tone down the darkness. not the BEST IN THE WORLD, and also not THE WORSE.its a nice eye cream. =)

I hate the pump instead of the tub that all the other manufacturers use. This stuff makes my eyes sting if I get it even remotely close to the edge. Have not seen a difference in my skin at all and had used this for several months. It is a fairly good price but there are better products on the market.

I'm a Canadian, so I bought this at a discount store, Winners, for $15.
I used it a few times, and I haven't really seen any results. I guess it moisturizes.
Over the past week I mysteriously got many more wrinkles under my eyes, I freaked out when I looked at myself in the mirror one morning. I have no idea how this happened.
Not pointing fingers, but this cream is the only thing that's changed in the past while.

I'm actually blessed with no dark circles under my eyes (even when I'm sleep deprived I don't get them) so all I needed was a good moisturizing under eye cream. I love the pump, and it's very light feeling. My under eye makeup also goes on smoothly after using this. Overall, an 8/10. It didn't really do anything as far as firming for me, but it did keep the area well moisturized. People with dry skin might want something a bit richer though.

The only thing I like about this product is the bottle and pump. You can easily control how much product ends up on your fingertip for application, and it's not in a pot, so you only touch what you're going to use immediately. Besides that, I don't like this at all. I have used it on my upper and lower eyelids, and it made my eyes water and burn every single time. I finally called it quits. Still on the hunt for a nice eye cream that won't make my oily skin break out. Believe it or not, I have gotten blemishes around my eyelids. Anyway...I would not recommend this product to anyone, it obviously contains some sort of irritant, and that's no good around your sensitive eye area.

I usually use BeneFit EyeCon but I thought I would try this since I'm starting to see fine lines under my eyes. I also have dark circles. This product stings- makes my eyes tear if I'm not careful where I put it. It isn't the best at moisturizing either- a makeup artist told me my undereye area was in need of serious hydration... And it's the middle of the summer. So back to EyeCon I go. Two lippies because it didn't give me little bumps in the undereye area, and for the convenient pump bottle. I wish EyeCon came in this type of container!

I love this stuff. I've always had terrible undereye circles and 6 months ago, almost overnight, seemingly, I developed a bunch of fine wrinkles underneath my eyes. I'm constantly on the search for a new eye moisturizer, but I always keep coming back to this one. I'm not convinced it's made any long-term changes to my skin, but it definitely brightens the eye area, if only temporarily. It contains mica which lends a very faint reflective quality to the moisturizer - not enough to notice outright, but just enough to made your dark circles look lighter, even without make-up. It's definitely noticeable if I forget to put it on in the morning, as I end up looking way more tired than usual.
$20 at Target which is expensive for a drugstore item, but it works well enough that I'm willing to shell out the cash. Plus, one of those tiny bottles seems to last forever. Like at least 6 months with twice-a-day use.

I picked this up because I wanted to start using an eye cream and I thought Aveeno was a pretty good brand for facial care. I have used their products in the past and have liked them. I also (foolishly) thought the higher price for a drug store brand would provide better results. I don't know if this works well as an eye cream because I was only able to use it for two nights. The first night I put it on and experienced some burning in my eyes. I thought I was careless and had gotten some product in my eyes. I put some drops in and it seemed to go away and I didn't think of it again. I made sure to be careful applying it the next night and afterwards I experienced the most painful burning in my eyes. They were watering like crazy and drops wouldn't help, I finally had to wash off the product and wash out my eyes. Needless to say I threw this out. I have found other eye creams that work and don't wreak havoc on my eyes.

The first week I used this product I did notice a difference in the dark circles under my eyes. It makes your eyes look brighter and the dark circles are a little less visible. However I have sensitive skin and allergies, the formula did make my eyes itch throughout the first week of use. After the third week the results were not as significant so I'm hoping it hasn't stopped working. If your looking for an eye cream you can get at a drug store thats not too expensive, this may be your best bet.

Even though I'm not into the whole anti-aging thing, I love this eye cream! I have very sensitive skin under my eyes, and and this stuff moisturizes with irritating or being greasy. It's a little pricey for a d/s brand, but a little goes a very long way. I've had the same container for more than 3 months, and it still looks full. When I run out, I will definitely buy this again.

My expensive eye cream is on ration for evenings only ~ I cannot afford to spend $65 on a replacement due to a recent job loss. I use Aveeno products during the day for my sensitive (red) skin, so I thought I would try the Ageless Lifting & Firming Eye Cream. So far, so good...
It comes in a pump dispenser, and a little product goes far. It keeps my eyes moisturized quite well ~ I haven't noticed any issues with irritation or redness, and my mineral eyeshadow and concealer is easy to apply and doesn't look like it's sitting in my wrinkles. I don't expect any cream to make my wrinkles and fine lines vanish, I will leave that to the injections.
A little bit of this product goes a long way. If you use too much, it leaves a white residue all over your eyelids, and you might as well forget about applying any eyeshadow or you will have a complete mess. continued >>
