this mask is so good for dark circles and under eye bags. it also helps, but doesn't fade - at least not in my case and not yet, fine lines under the eyes. it has a light moisturizing effect. i will try other eye masks in the future but for the time being this is the best i have ever used (so far i've tried 4 or 5 brands).
