I love the scrublet that came with this and the design is good. However, despite being a cream cleanser it contains menthol and after a couple months, I noticed that my face was getting worse.
It dried out my face and actually made it worse. Unfortunately not gonna buy this again.

Wow I'm really surprised by such a low rating of this product. I'm using it in the morning and at night before bed after removing my eye make up with neutrogena oil free eye make up remover. After using L'oreal cleanser my skin feels clean and fresh and ready for the moisturizer. This is a cleanser it's purpose is to clean the skin so moisturizer is necessary afterwards. It actually said on the bottle not to use for the sensitive eye area so I obviously did not try to see if it stings :) I thinks it is a very good product if used properly. Oh and it cleared acne on my forehead, so I'm super excited about that since nothing else worked :)

this product is okay. It definitly wakes me up and the scrublet is good too. But I will probably have to clean the scrublet because it will get germs on it. and it stings when it gets into your eyes.

This product made my skin baby soft and smooth. No irriation and the little scrubblet felt good on my skin. This cleasner eliminated the need for an exfloiator, it also removed my waterproof foundation easily. The smell is pleasent and the feeling on my skin wakes me up in the morning. A must buy.

I have dry skin and bought this thinking that it wouldn't dry out my face (I had previously used the green kind and thought it was ok). Boy was I terribly wrong. One use was enough to make my skin peel and crack, especially under my eyes. My skin was so dry it made me look 35 instead of 25. Will not buy again.

I love this product. It does a great job minimizing my pores. My skin feels refreshed after each use.

I tried this one and the one in the green bottle and was dissapointed with both. Both of them dried out my skin, (and since it's called the deep cream cleanser, I automattically thought that it was for people with dry/combination skin) and it dried me out pretty bad. I don't like having to use a moisturizer because it messes with my T-zone and makes it shiny, so I like a cleanser that I don't need to use a moisturizer after. The only reason I gave this product 2 lipsticks was because I liked the scrublet and that's all. Instead of returning the product I would have kept it just for the scrublet, but the scrublet didn't work on any other cleanser, so I just returned everything and got my money back.

My skin can get very dry, so I decided to pick up this version of the L'Oreal 360 wash. It was on sale at Ulta for about $3.00 so I figured if I didn't like it, I wasn't losing much. Good thing it wasn't expensive, because the only thing I really like about the cleanser is its little scrublet counterpart. The cleanser itself is unoriginal, and contains menthol, which stings my eyes. It added no extra moisture to my skin, but it also didn't break it out. The little scrublet is a wonderful idea though, because it's soft enough to use on skin and seems fairly sanitary. I like the idea of not having to use my fingers to wash my face, since I don't want to bring any other bactera/oils onto it. Sooo...the cleanser itself, while not so wonderful, is inoffensive. I would buy this product for the little scrublet alone and continue to use it after this is gone. There's actually a lot of product in the bottle. I've had mine for a month now and I've barely made a dent.

This cleanser did not break me out but stung my eyes. Will use it on my neck instead. The little scrublet can be used with other cleansers. Will not rebuy and will probably stay away from L'oreal skincare in future.

This a probably the best cleanser I've used in a while, I was using origins united state cleanser and really liked it but my skin was getting too oily with it. This is what I have been using every day and night for a while now and I like it. My toner, moisturizer, and acne perscription all have meds in them so I really didn't want to have a cleanser with more acne fighting ingredients in it. I'm pretty oily in my tzone but this calms it. However, if I'm not sure to apply a good amount of moisturizer around my mouth where I tend to get dry then I will get flaky, but a nice moisturizer helps. It's a great deal and the scrublet is awesome.

i bought this product after seeing many reviews on youtube throughout the beauty community there. because i have combination-oily skin, i read somewhere that cream cleansers are good cleansers for that skin type, so obviously, i bought this one. i loved the packaging as well as the little scrublet included. the first time i used the product, it overdried my skin, but i usually like cleansers that do that, although i understand it's not good. it seemed to work well for a while. after a few months of use, i began to realize that the area around my nostrils were getting quite oily, even after four hours after using the product & my skin does not get oily that fast. i continued using it though, for the sake of not wasting the product (it was about $8.50 when i bought it). i used the remaining product this past week & have begun using a new cleanser which doesn't make my face oily, so i know it was this product that made my face extra oily. also, just for a heads up, you will need to clean the scrublet every-so-often with rubbing alcohol to cleanse it & get rid of germs that are on it. i wouldn't recommend this product because of my experience with it. continued >>

I really liked this cleanser! I'm pretty sure it was this that reduced my breakouts (being a teenager, they're a big issue for me). Its almost like something in this dissolved my pimples overnight... miracle much. And I didn't have an issue at all with this drying out my skin, because every couple of days I'll cleanse with pond's cold cream and use a little bit of this to wash it off. It doesn't seem to be great at getting rid of heavy eye makeup, but for me my lancome/cold cream takes care of my eyeliner when i wear it! Plus, i kind like the smell/tingle it has, despite how fake-chemically it is.
The scrublet is fantastic, soo much better than a washcloth/fingers, i'm going to have to agree with the advertisements :) my pores do look smaller now too! i can't swear that its this but it could be...
Price-wise, I picked up my first bottle at shoppers for around 8 dollars CDN... the original price was 15 dollars which is fairly steep for a drugstore wash, but the sale price really isn't that bad. Love this, I bought a bottle of the green (not creamy) kind and the orange scrub, they're working well but I think i'll end up coming back to this formula in the winter.

I hate this product, it smells cheap, and it feels like laundry detergent. Also it overdries my skin. Loreal use to make better cleanser, in the packeging almost like this one, it use to be blue in color, and it has Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3, plus toner- now that was amazing product! It smelled great, it worked well with my skin, it use to be so flawless, now with this new one, I can't say the same!

Bravo! To the product designers for making the scrublett pop in and out of the bottle it's so convienent and encourages the use to exfoliate and massage thier faces everyday.. Yes everyday! Because the scrublett is made of scilicone and is super non-abrassive. It's spikes are soft and bendy. If the scrublett does stray from the bottle that holds it the designers added a small suction cup onto the part that you slip between your fingers so you can pop it onto the sink or the shower wall! You get a lot of product it's practically body wash sized! I bought this beause I wanted a change from Olay foaming face wash and I had dry flakes around my nose and clogged pores on my nose also. This took care of both those issues. After use it provides a mentholated refreshing tingle and takes off my makeup fairly well. My boyfriend has also used it a couple of times. ;) love it. Good buy..

I, luckily, don't have many skin issues. However, it seems that every time I use different facial cleansers I end up broke out.
This product didn't do that. I feel like I have a super clean face, soft face when I'm done using it. And plus, the packaging is cool and who doesn't love using the little sponge? :)
I'll probably always use this.

I actually like this a lot. I tend to have sensitive skin that breaks out easily. This really helps to keep my breakouts down. It has really helped with refining my pores. I also love the feel of the menthol. It is very cooling. Wonderful as a morning wakeup and it also feels so cooling and soothing at night after a long day. It does a fantastic job of removing my makeup (not eye though- it would definitely burn). Overall, I really like this and will probably buy again, especially for the summer months.
EDIT: I was recently diagnosed with rosacea and unfortunately this is not something that I can use any longer. However, if you do not have issues with sensitivity and are oilier, I would definitely suggest trying this one out.

Normally I avoid cream cleansers becauseI have oily skin, and creams tend to moisturize not combat oil. But I got this for free with a coupon, plus I couldn't resist the cool scrublet. It's very mild and didn't foam, but ti cleansed wonderfully. It didn't irritate - and I went to town with the scrublet - even though I left it on my face for several minutes. Result: soft, smooth, oil-free skin. WIN.

I think this cleanser cleans foundation off better than the sensitive skin version. It cleans deeply without stripping my skin and I don't really get that tight, flaky feel to my skin afterwards. I enjoy the tingling sensation from the cleanser but it's irritating when it gets near my eyes. Because of that, I like the sensitive skin one better. I really like using this with the scrublet.

I was initially attracted to this product because of the little "scrubbie." I only purchased it because it was on sale for $4.99 at Ulta.
I had used it for less than two days when I looked it up on MA and now I am afraid to use it again! I through the cleanser under the sink with all of the other misfit products, but I will continue to use the scrubbie. (Though I've yet to notice much of a difference with that either.)

The only thing I like about this product is the little scrubbie.
The actual cleanser is absolute GARBAGE.
I don't have sensitive skin, or anything close to sensitive, yet this stuff STINGS AND BURNS. After using it, my skin is completely sucked dry of natural oils, leaving my face flaky and peeling >:C
AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MOISTURIZING CLEANSER. WAT.
This was definitely not worth the $13. No idea what I'm gonna do with the rest of the bottle :\ continued >>
