I can get the thinnest, most perfect little winged cateye with this liner. The color is a vivid greeny turquoise. This color is so on-trend right now and the price is so low, do yourself a favor and pick this little beauty up.

I always get a ton of compliments when I wear this on my eyes. I just do a tiny thin line on my upper lid and it seriously makes my brown eyes just POP! The wand is easy to use, it is cheap, and the color is actually pretty bold. I wasn't expecting that much pigmentation in a product thats really cheap. This is my go to eyeliner if I want some color! Try it out :)

Great product -- for the price, you can't beat it. The brush is very small, but this makes it easy to apply a nice, clean, thin line. Also, the color is so vibrant that I can't imagine I'd want to apply it any thicker anyway. If you do mess up, it's not waterproof, so it's very easy to correct any mistakes with a q-tip or even just your finger, just wipe before it's dried and it comes right off.
As others have said, the color is more green than turquoise, and it does have a little sparkle to it. It's a really bright green and it looks nice paired with neutrals, but I find it really looks great with a cranberry-colored lid (I use Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk with some neutrals from the NARS 2 pallate). Finally, It does not flake or peel, and it lasts all day for me. Again, AWESOME for the price!
This is a great eyeliner. My only beef is that it isn't waterproof. While it stays and does not chip, flake or peel...if it is in the least bit introduced to water, it will run like mad. Hence I subtracted one lippy.
Other than that, you cannot complain for the price. It is awesome to wear alone, in combination with other liquid liners (it looks FABULOUS with UD El Dorado...very Ancient Egyptian-esque with turquoise and sparkling gold...I received compliments all night when I used both!), or subtle accents. WnW has started to come out with more waterproof eyeliners....I hope they transfer these colors into that line.
Well I bought this because it looked pretty and I really like! It's easy to put on and it's a very bright color. But it stains my eye lids so I have a light turquoise color on my lash line :( but still good buy for under $2
This color is more of a green than a turquoise and with that said, it truly brings out my light brown eyes. The color of the actual product is like the color on the container with a bit of shimmer. For the price, the color payoff is excellent and rivals that of department store brands. It lasts for a fair amount of time even on my oily lids (about 6 hrs) which is not bad considering the price I paid for it which was 3.99. The only thing I didn't care for was the wand which is too short for my liking and makes application a bit clumsy for me since I'm used to longer wands and finer brushes. I just use my eyeliner brush to apply this instead of the brush it comes with. This is not the water proof version which is a good thing when you mess up the application and can just swipe it off with a wet q-tip. It's not an everyday color that I wear but when I want to get away from the typical browns and blacks this is a fun color that compliments brown eyes. Not bad for a drugstore product!
I wasn't expecting anything great, but I figured I'd buy them because I wanted to experiment with some color eyeliner and they were dirt cheap (about a dollar a piece). I got this and the purple one at the same time(The purple one is watery and doesn't last long at all.)
But the turquoise one actually stays on for a long time! And it's a really fun color! And, of course, you can't beat the price!
