I bought this online so I was unable to test the texture of the product. I intended to use this for my face as a daily sunscreen under my makeup but this is clearly not for that purpose. It is far to greasy and I simply cannot spread it enough so that it does not look patchy.
It is also difficult to get a consistent texture when squeezing out of the tube, because it comes out as an oil + paste somehow.

I'm so excited to have found this product. I recently moved from California to Australia. Although sun exposure is high in both locations, the low humidity in south east Oz and state-of-the-ozone-layer down here has increased my need and frequency of use of sunscreens. I've been using EcoLani sunscreen for years. It has a lovely smell, is natural and moisturizing, and doesn't irritate or clog my hyper-sensitive, acne-prone skin. However, it is made in northern California, and is only readily available there or online in the US. So, I started the search for a natural sunscreen replacement, readily available in Oz.
