At most, effects are disappointingly minimal. It just gives a very short-lasting eye brightening effect due to some whitening pigment/essence but only for a really, really short time. Feels nice on the skin but it doesn't really do much. Don't bother with this.

I have used this product and i must say it was quite good, i didnt see any drastic improvements, but i was quite happy, mostly about the fact that it didnt break me out!!, am planning to buy it again.

This is a new eye treatment product that came out in the summer of 2008. I found this to be a decent eye treatment product (I used it when I was 19). It's not greasy, fast absorbant, and moisturizes pretty well. Not too sure about the light infusing properties though since I don't pay much attention. This product claims:
* Helps brighten up under-eye area, gently calms and moisturizes
* Special hypo- allergenic formula is opthamologically tested
* It has VAO-B3 compkex, which is known to fade away dark pigmentation
* Hydrates and nourishes stressed eyes, protects from UV
