I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
this is one gorgeous color of violet with no blue or pinks, straight up violet blackened to perfection.
I am using this as an eyeliner and just re-discovered in my stash while looking for more of the necessary autumn colors -- burgundy, grey, and this violet which is just an amazing combination of pigments. Smooth like all CD eyeshadows, slight slight slighty glimmery in pan but not on application. Use for a smokey eye, eyeliner or crease definition.
Soft, pigmented and shimmery deep blackened violet eyeshadow. Emphasis on "blackened"--this is dark but not a true black (if you want something more violet, look at Chanel Amethyst). The Dior packaging is a small, luxe mirrored plastic case with a tiny brush. Plenty of product (2.2 g., .07 oz.) because its really rich and pigmented. You won't need much to get a wow factor--its very intense but can be smudged up (I use either an LM or Chanel smudge brush). Would make a very intense crease color. Lots of depth and shimmer.
I use smudged over a black liner or MAC Greasepaint stick in Black (which has deep purple overtones), with painterly as a base. The result is pure love. Very unique and gorgeous, flattering color.
