This stuff practically burned my face off. Intense redness, dryness, and tightness. With all the moisturizer I had to use to compensate for the dryness, my skin broke out even more. Returned it immediately.

when i first started using this product, my face did not like it at all....like others have said, it dries up your skin a bit...i stopped using this for a while and my skin went back to normal...went back to using it again and now my skin is fine....does not have any dry patches at all....i bought this because i have some mild acne scarring that i want to fix, and so far so good. I am also using the mario badescu healing cream, and vitamin c serum, so i hope to see great results using all 3.
UPDATE: i stopped using this altogether, i feel like it is not helping my skin at all, just making it worse....still on the lookout for a good toner

Yes, this is an intense toner. I'm a little miffed at its alcohol content as it is drying my skin out. However, it is working to clear up breakouts and begin to fade scars. Glycolic acid for the win.
I was on Retin-A for whiteheads, but realized that all the Retin-A did was make me break out more! So, I rushed to order this product. While I'm not keen on the flaking and dryness, I'm happy have clear skin again.

Ingredients: Deionized water, isopropyl alcohol, glycolic acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, propylene glycol, grapefruit extract.
This is a toner intended for people with very oily skin with mild acne scarring. I have really oily skin but I find that it is too harsh to apply all over my face. During the first week of use, the area around my mouth and nose became discolored and leathery feeling (like it always does when I'm using products that are way too harsh). Once I stopped applying this toner to the sensitive areas, the skin dried up and flaked off. This does contain alcohol so some may find it drying. After about 4 weeks of use, I have noticed a very dramatic change in the color and texture of my acne scarring. You get a lot of product for the price. I would definitely recommend this to someone with acne scarring.
