Great oil-base eye makeup remover. Does not sting. Works great on water-proof mascaras too. Love how the bottle has a small opening so you don't spill/waste any of the product when you're using it.

To use, shake the bottle and soak a cotton pad. Hold the soaked cotton pad to your eye for about 5-10 seconds and then wipe away. Repeat if needed.
