I picked this up at TJ Maxx for $29, so was an amazing deal. I got this and a Chi iron, hoping to compare at home and return the one I didn't want. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, this outdid the Chi. The Chi actually kind of snagged my hair, or rather--it wasn't as smooth gliding through my hair. My hair's not that wavy to begin with, so I thought, "if this can't get through my hair seamlessly, it must be horrible on REAL curly hair." This flat iron is amazing, heats up nicely, and makes my hair straight and shiny. It's normally $79, I think, but I got it at a great deal and am amazed at its performance. Very worth picking up. The only thing I would change about it is that I would add adjustable heat settings, since this is just an on-off kind of deal.

This is the ceramic iron that Kate Hudson promotes with David Babaii for Wildaide. She is the spokesperson and all products etc of his she promotes. Part of the money made from this line goes to help wildlife. I bought one of these myself but raved about wanting one for so long that I got one for Christmas too! LOL.hopefully one will find a new home soon!..anyway it has Nano technology which basically kills bacteria using negative ions. Because it is ceramic you dont have to worry about the fuzzys you can get with other flat irons. The cord end moves 180 degrees so it is easy to also do flips and even curls. It is small but mighty!! I like the fact that the switches are not on the outside so you cant accidently turn it off when using. I have thick, curly. long hair and this small iron does the trick better then those heavy, huge irons. You can even slip it in your bag. If you want to know more about it check out David Babaii website. It is pricey compared to other ceramic flat irons but worth it IMO..plus part of your cost goes to a great fund!!! If you get this I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!
