In love with everything but the smell! I use this on my hair once a week after shampooing and it's left soft and shiny. I would use it more often, but it seems to fade my hair color. I mix up 50% Braggs ACV and 50% aloe juice and use as a toner AM and PM. My skin has never looked better! It's clear and soft and the tone has improved. One of the best inexpensive beauty items I have found! Definitely one of my HG products!

This didn't work very well for my skin at all (which I first intended to use it for), so I now just use ACV on my hair instead. It may be best to get ACV with the cloudy solution (know as mother of vinegar - basically dead cells of bacteria and yeast) but one without the cloudiness is fine too.
I use ACV twice a week after shampooing my hair as a rinse, before using conditioner. Here in London we have hard water, and the build-up on the hair can be a nightmare. It works better than clarifying shampoos, which just seem to turn my hair into a wild tangled stack of straw. Massage a cup of 1/2 cup water and 1/2 ACV onto your scalp, leave it on for 5 mins whilst you wash the rest of your body then use a little more to pour throughout the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair. If you're using ACV for clarifying purposes, you need to give it time to work.
My hair has more of a shine to it when using ACV and it much easier to manage because it's softer. I don't think it's a miracle worker but I do notice a difference when using.

Since I was little, my mom used to soak my hair in vinegar and water to get rid of lice. Everytime my hair would feel better after the vinegar than anyother shampoo I have ever used! I use Moroccan Oil but really Vinegar does a better job to make hair to make hair super soft and shiny. Mix 1/6 parts vinegar and the rest water into a container, use shampoo and conditioner and then pour the container over your hair. Leave it in a little and then rinse it out. :)

Honestly I have no idea whether this does anything good for my skin, but it doesn't seem to cause any harm which is a miracle in itself.
I use it mixed with water as a toner, but it can be quite drying during the colder months so I may switch it out for a more gentle alternative until summer rolls around.
As for the scent, after using it for over a year I've actually become quite fond of it!

I love this stuff! It does what no conditioner has ever done for my hair. I've bought so many expensive conditioners hoping that the next one would give me beautiful, shiny, and bouncy hair. I always ended up disappointed. So, thanks to MUA, I decided I would give ACV a try, even though I just knew it wouldn't work. Well...it worked wonders! It made my fine, dull, lifeless hair come to life. Seriously, I have never seen hair this shiny and conditioned. I bought a tub of the Kroger brand and it still works like the organic one. I use the Giovanni 50/50 Shampoo, then follow up with ACV (1 tbs per 1 cup of warm water), and top it off with 2 drops of Jojoba oil on the dry ends. I will never go back to conditioners, they never work and this does. Thanks MUA!

I love this stuff! I'd definitely give it a try in your hair if you use a lot of products. Not only does it get rid of all the product build up in your hair but it also makes it really soft and shiny. I don't even have to use conditioner afterwards unless I want to. I use a lot of different hair products so using this as a rinse is a must. Even when I was little my mom would rinse my hair with this because it makes it really shiny and soft. I just get a cup and fill it about 1/4 - 1/2 full of vinegar then fill the rest with water and pour it over my hair after I wash it. As long as you rinse it out really well you cant smell the vinegar afterwards at all.

I can't find this brand in Australia but I've been mixing equal parts ACV and water and using as a toner, and my skins soft and feels super clean. I actually like the smell, but if you don't it disappears once it dries after a few seconds anyway. I find it a little harsh and am experimenting using this at night with a heavy calming moisturiser. If my skin reacts I'll use this every second night because my skin loves it!
Tip: Don't get this near your eyes, it stings!

I am still in aw that apple cider vinegar worked for me! I used it mixing 2/3 water and the rest apple cider vinegar, worked it in after shampooing, ( i did not use any conditioner) kept it in for only like 5 min and rinsed with semi cold water. At first it seemed tangled and not smooth but after about 5 min thats when i noticed the texture getting smoother! I was able to comb out my hair without any other added product. After using this my scalp felt clean, and free of residue. Also i noticed that my hair didnt get as oily as it usually does after 2days of not washing. The only reason i gave it a 4 was because if felt like my hair fell out a little more throughout the day? I wonder how repetitive you can be with this stuff? Also I hate putting mineral oil and all of those heavy conditioner products in my hair, I just felt cleaner after using this, kind of like the feeling of a mint infused clarifying shampoo. Any way its definitively worth a try! My boyfriend used it last night and he has asian thick curly hair and he said it felt condition without the grease:) PS: I just used the western family brand 5% but I just ordered from vitacost the organic Bragg's brand I will update after have used that one.

I CAN BELIEVE THIS WORKS!!! ahhhhh i love it. It is the simplest most inexpensive beauty secret i have ever used. I am sooo glad i tried it......ok here is how i use it,
-take a plain old water bottle, and cut a hole in the cap.
-mix 1 part pure apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water.
-Shampoo as usual, after you have rinsed your shampoo, pour apple cider mixture all over your hair and work into your scalp. Do not rinse (YET).
-Continue with regular shower duities washing your body, shaving ect.
-rinse time, rinse with cool water, as cold as you can stand and your DONE!!!!! NO CONDITIONER NECESSARY.....during a regular shower i definatly recommend using conditioner.
-after i get out of the shower and towel dry my hair i use a small amount of light conditioning spray, and comb through.
My hair, after it dries is sooo soft and feels SOOO CLEAN, it has more volume, its thicker...i could go on for ever it looks and feels a million times better!!!!!! please please please TRY IT, i am not the type of girl to sabotage other woman XOXOXOX

Wow, what a wonder product! I used this last night for the first time as an after conditioner rinse (50/50 with water) and left it in for like 10 min. After blow drying, my hair was so volumous! My scalp is increadably clean and my hair is super thick this morning :) Who would have thought, $3 for a miracle product?! I used it as a facial toner also and have all good things to say about that too!

How could I not know about this?!
I use ACV as a facial toner. I have acne on my forehead & chin with flakes around my nose and cheeks. Very sexy.
I read on MUA that ACV would make a great toner for the cheapest price possible and I was sold. I bought this great bottle of organic ACV for 7$---that's even cheaper than any drugstore crap-toners.
My recipe: 1 part ACV for 10 parts water, more or less. just enough to restore my skin's pH and NOT smell like salad.
My skin is most definitely clearer people. I am now a believer in the power of ACV!

This stuff works!
I read about this on line for fine thin hair to really clean your scalp, get rid of weighing down stuff left by other shampoos and conditioners and making hair shiny and boy it does all of that. I use it once every few weeks when I want to really clean my hair. I use it cold after conditioning. Don't be scared by the smell! It does go away once your hair dries IF you use it cold. Great trick and cheap too! Please use apple cider not regular vinegar!

I'm really glad I listened to the reviews and tried this on my hair.
I used it as a preshampoo wash and post shampoo.
I took a glass measuring cup and put 1/3 ACV and filled the rest with water. I wanted extra ACV since my hair is thick and I wanted to make sure it had some effect.
When I rubbed it in my scalp, my hair already felt better. My hair felt lighter, fuller and clean. I left it in for a minute or two and shampooed. I have to condition my hair because it is naturally very dry. So I put the rest of the mixture in my hair after I rinsed the conditioner out. I let it sit for several minutes and rinsed my hair.
My hair felt much more smooth and less tangled.
I put a few light sprays of a leave-in conditioner since my hair still felt slightly dry in the back.
My hair feels so smooth, light, fine, clean and in much better condition. It's also got a great shine to it, which my hair doesn't usually have a lot of. I owe it to the ACV, it did a great job on my hair! My hair has never felt this great and I use a lot of different products.
The smell lingers but I'm blaming that on using a larger amount on my hair and using it twice in the same shower. I'll try using a little less next time.
but I always plan on using their on my hair every single time i shower. what a fantastic, cheap great product!

I've been using apple cider vinegar rinses for quite a while with great results. For the past week, I have actually been using it in place of shampoo and love the results! It works by dissolving oils at the scalp and moving them down the ends of your hair. I dilute about 3 ounces of acv in 2 cups of warm water and pour it over my scalp in little bits so that I can concentrate on all areas. I massage this into my scalp to loosen the oils and rinse thoroughly. Then I follow with a natural non-silicone volumizing conditioner (Giovanni Root 66). I have straight, Asian hair and for years I've had issues with oiliness at the roots and would get a few little pimples on my scalp and by the end of the day the roots of my hair would smell slightly unpleasant. This has solved those problems while giving my hair more volume and shine!

Who'd think a $3 bottle of vinegar would be this awesome for hair? I have fine, slightly wavy hair that is dry at the ends and oily at the scalp. This keeps everything shiny and smooth without taking away any volume.
I mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with two cups of warm water in a water bottle with a hole cut in the lid. Then, after I shampoo and condition as usual (I use Chagrin Valley shampoo bars and 'cone-free VO5 conditioner), I rinse my hair with the ACV/water mixture. I don't rinse this out of my hair. It smells funny and sounds like a weird thing to do, but once my hair dries it doesn't smell like vinegar at all. It's also really helped my itchy scalp.
I was skeptical, but it worked. Try it for yourself. And don't be afraid of the smell. It doesn't smell bad!

Okay so now my bathroom stinks and the people I live with think I'm crazy, but at least I have nice shiny hair :)
This actually does work, I'm very happy with it. My hair did need a conditioner after it though, but maybe that's just me being too attached to my conditioner..
Anyway, try it. What have you got to lose?

Alright MUA, after a disappointing experience with the yogurt face mask, you have redeemed yourself(:
My concoction (lol)
250 mL or apple cider (mines not organic/natural, but I'm sure that would be better)
250 mL or rosemary water (i take 1 tablespoon of rosemary spice and put it in 250 mL of boiling water and then drain it out to just get the water)
The reason I use rosemary water is because it's supposed to make the brown in my hair more vibrant. I haven't really noticed a difference, but it didn't do anything bad so that's okay(:
Now, the results! I've used this twice now, and I've noticed that this does a great job adding enough moisture to my already pretty healthy hair without weighing it down. In other words, I get big volume, but without sacrificing beuatiful hair!
How I apply it: I put my concotion in an empty water bottle, and after shampooing (I use the Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo, if it matters) I apply about 25-50 mL of the liquid on my hair by first pouring it into my hand and then just sloppily throwing it on my hair, root to tip.
It is a very weird texture, especially because it replaces my normally thick conditioner. This just feels like water, and trust me, I had doubts that it would actually moisturize my hair. BUT it did! So try it! What have you got to lose?

Ok, this is pretty amazing. I hurt my back on the 4th and I've been bedridden since so, I was a greasy mess:( YUCK! So, I decided to give this a go since I figured it would cut the grease and OMGoodness! It smells to high Heaven (that's why I deducted a lippie cuz, my kids just smelled my hair and gave an ewwwwwww) but, it is otherwise great. I noticed even while my hair was wet it looked much fuller than usual after I get out of the shower but, knew the real test was when it was dried. I put a little WEN in to mask the smell but, it didn't do it. So, my advice is to treat hair when you have absolutly NO WHERE to go but, to give this a try. I would have never tried this w/o reading about it here on MUA!
