I really like this raspberry red color. In daylight it's more of a raspberry color, and in artificial light it becomes red cream color. I wear it when I don't feel like wearing classic red colors, like Vodka&Caviar. Very opaque with two coats and it doesn't chip easily. Application was a breeze. I would definitely buy this nail polish again. continued >>

Way back in the day Lillehammer Lingonberry was one of my go-to colors, and in fact the only 'red' I would wear. Unfortunalely with it being a dc'd color I have been left looking at it on e-bay and wondering if I'm really going to pay the $30 preice for a bottle of polish (!!!) but since I've found Conquistadorable Color I have a void that's been filled. It has been quite a while since I've actually seen LL on my nails but I'm considering this for a dupe. It really is like a berry red, barely pink color with a creme finish and it's a beauty. I think that LL may have had slightly stronger blue undertones because in the bright sunlight CC looks true red, and I don't think LL ever went that far. I still have my LL lipcolor so I was going to be on the search for a comparable nail color until I discovered this gem in my collection. I would def buy LL again if it were to be re-released because I love it so, but also because I would LOVE to see these 2 colors up close and personal for interrogation. I still wonder if I will pay the crazy price for a 10+ yr old bottle of polish...

This is actually one of my staple Keep-Going-Back-To colors for my toes. Although at First the only reason I got it was the fact it was on sale for $1.67 at JCPenney!
Sometimes it looks like a blood red in some lighting, But most of the time its a raspberry color.
Its So Opaque with one coat.
AND it dries pretty fast.
All is all I'm SO Happy I bought it awhile ago.
This is one of my go to colors. It looks nice against my pale skin. I tend to wear darker burgundy or wine colors but really like this one. The application was perfect.
I loved this color! It's a beautiful cool shade that varies between muted cool red and deep rose, depending on the lighting. I had it done on my toes at the spa for a formal dinner, hoping for something elegant and was very pleased. I think it looks very sophisticated, but even more, it translates from day to night. Looks striking, but still casual if I'm wearing open-toed shoes at work, but at night it deepens into red. Plus, I've had the pedi for three weeks now and it hasn't chipped at all! I'm going to have to take it off soon, but I haven't been able to as yet because it still looks so beautiful. I just got complimented on it today. I think I'm a little in love with this color.
Conquistadorable Color is a creme, berry red. I will say a riped raspberry color. I think raspberry is best to describe this color. It's not totally red but with a hint of black/purple tone. The application is gorgeous and the coverage is very good. It only takes me 2 coats to get my desired coverage.
Conquistadorable Color is from Espana Collection in 2009. The entire colleciton was creme formula and I love it for winter. However, this formula is different from the Hong Kong Collection which is not as thick. It dries fairly quickly but it starts chipping after a day or two. I will definitely repurchase this color as it is not just flat red but with a hint of raspberry.
This is a great berry red. It's more girly and sweet than a red, it's very pretty and and great with most complexions. It applies easily. I really like this polish. I where this a lot instead of a red polish.
This is a rich berry red that is actually opaque in only one coat. (I still like to do three, though.) The formula was perfect - not thick but not runny either - and stayed chip-free for days with a top coat.
Shame on me I actually bought this for the name :/ ...but I did buy it thinking it looked fuschia in the bottle, after 2 coats it was more like scarlet red. Nothing special like the other reviewers said, also bought it with Thrill of Brazil as well which I also like better even though I'm cool toned olive. But, it might be just the shade some other cool toned lady is looking for. Fun name, okay color, great lasting power barely any chips compared to most polishes.
